The site does not clearly explain how to win 10% of the total weekly winning and how to claim the same price by clicking on your username selected as a winning entry as it only adds 1 pound to the account. So, how one can win 10% of the total jackpot prize and how one can claim the same ? I contacted the customer service asking for the same, but they asked me to read FAQ page, so it did not answer my queries.

So here goes, the Lotto & Euro Millions winnings for each draw is split into 70 equal shares. You can submit 7 free entries (for each lottery) each week, which would enable you to win 7 equal shares of the winnings (for each lottery) which is 10% of our winnings for each lottery. We feel the FAQs explain how the draws work on each page. However, we apologise if you felt our initial response was insufficient.
