I would leave a 0 if I could. I ordered on May 10th and paid extra to expedite, I would like the product I ordered or REFUND my money please. Order number F2455311.
I have been told they reached out to the Warehouse but that was last week on May 28th, it has been crickets! I am so disappointed in the Customer Service with this company. The only reason why we order is the company is military owned. I have 2 sons in the military. I will not be ordering again for the simple fact that the Customer Service is not helpful.

Placed order 5/13/25 for $168, it is now 5/10/26. Can't get a reply to customer service email inquiries, haven't responded to any since December 2025.

Don't order from FREEDOM INDUSTRIES. SCAM!!

Absolutely terrible Company. Do not give them a dime. I Spent 200 dollars and still haven’t received my shoes and it’s been 2 months. Highly disappointed. Save yourself the headache.

I ordered board shorts in June and after four weeks I never received any updates and reached out to them and they offered me a gift card and asked for patience. I gave it another four weeks again no shorts no updates. Long story short they ended up giving me two more gift cards and asking me to keep my order open. I ended up canceling my order in October with no resolve to what was going on with my board shorts. I requested a refund and they said they would send it to my original credit card. Two weeks later no refund I reached out to them on Facebook. Email customer service with no response. They finally responded back to me after I left several bad reviews on their Facebook page. They responded that they are not thieves and they sent out my refund. I sent them a screenshot of my credit card statement from that time. With no response from them. And I know I’m not the only one with this problem and I still have not received money back for those shorts. I will never again order from this company.

Absolute HORIRBLE non US based company. DO NOT order from these people. The quality is poor and you cannot return the items. They should not be allowed to do business in the US. PURE SCAM JUNK!

Shirts took a really long time to arrive then I found out ships from china. Poor quality. Ask for a refund for my 46.00 order and they replied we will give you $2.00 and you keep the shirts. Crazy.

I ordered October 2, was advertised, order now to receive in time for Charlie Kirks Birthday celebration October 14. That didn't happen. I ordered more for free shipping. My order was 69$ looked at my discover, it was 86$ I received my order October 28. There was missing items and they want to give me 7$ back. Lol charged 86 was suppose to be 69. What's wrong with this math.

I ordered a freedom zip up hoodie and the sight said if I ordered a certain amount I would get free shopping. So I added a t shirt and said free shipping. After waiting weeks. I get an email it was delivered to a po box. After much grief it was found at my post office but only to charge me another 11.80 I got my clothing but was told by the post office that they had many such dealings with this place. It's unfortunate because I actually liked the stuff I ordered. Wish there was an actual usa sight with this type of stuff.

Ordered 2 Freedom T shirts to wear for Charlie Kirks birthday 10/14 th. The Wear Freedom Proudly advertised they would be received in time. Ordered September 23rd, received 10/17/25. When ordered i was charged more than advertised. I complained through email & they fixed. After 3 weeks of not receiving I thought I was scammed. The shirts are soft, the word Freedom looks fine on my husband's shirt, but not so good on mine. Live & learn. I didn't do my due diligence when looking for shirts.

I made an order to purchase sneakers; - they charged me for the order, "created a shipping label" two months ago, and I have yet to receive the order. The in essence stolle $100 from me.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. This company should be sued for false advertisement and fraudulent transactions. You will be charged but will never receive your order. I ordered shorts in May and it’s now August. Customer support lies and stalls by saying it’s only another week or two each time. They will also delete any negative comments on their social media to avoid others from learning about there scam. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered shorts on May 8th, 2025, and as of July 31, 2025, I have not received them. $77. Still waiting to see if they will refund the money. 10 weeks for shorts is way to long

Ordered shorts mid June, it is now the end of July and nothing. Have reached out to them 3 times with no response to email. No phone number listed, should have known better. I believe they are a scam pretending to be a patriotic company.

I ordered some workout clothing back in May, 2025. Today is June 9, 2025 and have still not received my purchased item. In May, when I placed my order, I received a notice saying the items were made as the orders came in and might take up to 8 business days for the apparel to be shipped. That was two months ago. I've sent multiple follow up messages and do not receive any replies from customer service. I've asked for a refund and no one has replied. I will never order from them again.

We placed an order 4 MONTHS AGO. When inquiring about our order we received a BS reply about supply chain issues or moved facility. We asked for a refund and received an email stating the order was on the way, 06/02/2025. The package has yet to move. Emailed again requesting a refund (2x now), no reply. Now we have the hassle of disputing with our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Order placed on 6/5/25 via SHOP. Payment provided as usual for these type of companies...never received a confirmation of order, shipping ETA, or tracking number. Contacted on 6/12/25 via email requesting an update to the shipping date. Reply received was the standard rhetoric that previous customers have cited on Trust Pilot. I've come to expect delays from products ordered and then produced in China...but this is an American Based company out of Rocky Mount NC. They are quick to take your money, all that appears to goto is to pay customer service reps to give you bullshit answers....

Order place May 16th but never received. Email from customer service says sorry but having internal problems. Finally received a bogus USPS tracking number but USPS has never received the item for shipping. AVOID!

I have 2 pairs that I wear daily, best shoes out there. Purchased a 3rd and its never arrived. FI won't even touch it or reply to refund money.

I placed an order for a special pair of sneakers last July and still haven’t received them. Very little communication with them. They did send me a free pair of shoes for the inconvenience but never sent my original order, nor communicated with me. I will never ever order from them again. SCAM

SCAM FRAUD. Do not buy from this company it is a scam. They take your money; you never get your order. They will not answer phone, will not answer emails, just take your money.
