Would give em a 0 if i could. Ordered beginning of December. Its the end of January & still nothing. This is a scam. I dont believe the shoes will be shipped....

No customer service. Nobody to answer the phones and nobody to answer email inquires. " Please wait 24-48 hours for a reply email" my ass...... it's been well over a week and still nothing. 3 voicemails and 2 email inquiries later....

Excellent! I never thought my order would arrive before Christmas but to my surprise it did and the product was better than I thought it was. They suggested to go up one size for wide but I suggest going a half size up. I have a wide foot (12 wide) and went with a 12.5 and it’s perfect! Great quality and I’m already looking into a couple of more pairs! Thank you Freedom Industries

The company is horrible. We participated in their pre-order offer for a pair of running shoes July 19, 2024. They have strung us along with, shipping soon, should receive in two weeks, until they are just ghosting all emails, that now we can't charge it back with our credit card. They received their payment immediately of $120. You wonder if they are out of business.

First time I ordered from them it took 30 days for them to ship. I made the mistake of giving them another chance because the shoes look pretty good. It's been a month and they still have not shipped. They don't respond to emails. They never advertise the fact that their inventory is backordered. Stay away unless you want a headache.

Garbage company. I placed an order July 28 and here it is October 2 and I haven’t received the order and multiple email inquiries have gone on answered. Buyer beware.

As with other reviews…they good at taking the order, they are TERRIBLE at fulfilling the order. Weeks go by and they hide behind supply issues and back orders even though they advertise an item as available. They don’t process refund requests as they promised to do. You have to go to your credit card company to dispute the charge.

They advertised “ships in 6 days”. I have been waiting for almost two months for mine. Horrible customer service. They spend more time responding to positive comments in social media so that they bump to the top, instead of communicating with those that have already given them money and still haven’t received their product 2 months later. I have told them to cancel my order and send me my money back. Let’s see if that happens. If it does, I will update this review.

Ordered pants from these con artists in January. It is mid April and I've never received a single response to 10+ emails. They took my money in January. It's disgusting. They are thieves and there is no recourse because they hide in a digital world. This company is total garbage.

I placed an order in April 2023 and still have not received it. It took two months to let me know that they are about to send it. That is fine but the shipping notification has never updated. I have sent multiple requests for updates and eventually asked for a refund. The last 5 of my update and cancellation emails have been ignored. I am working with my credit card company now precessing a charge back. At this point all I want is a refund.
