Service was fast and effective
Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and it was packaged well. The sling ordered is beautiful and as described.

Wrong item sent by mistake but sorted immediately
Wrong item sent by mistake, very similar easy mistake. Was sent a QR code to return and had the item I had ordered sent straight away. Very good communication, would definitely order from them again and recommend.

Beautiful item and great service
I initially had the wrong item sent to me but the customer service was excellent and the correct item was with me very quickly. Really appreciated the communication and the wrap that I bought is gorgeous.

Disappointed 😞
Gift bought as a present, parcel arrived heavily damaged, with gift taped to the parcel paper and box damaged in several places.
Emailed customer services, who blamed royal mail and said that as long as the gift inside was okay, there was no need to exchange. Further email took over a week to be replied too.
Updated: I would love to see the email where I was profusely apologised to, but I certainly didn't receive it and I replied immediately to your email, it was you who took over a week and by then, the occasion had passed!

Hi Leesa, We were happy to exchange the item for you. Boxes are designed to protect the item inside and are usually just thrown away. We apologised profusely that the box was creased in transit and that the tape of the parcel bag has accidentally got stuck to the item. It wasn't intentional and we were more than happy to fix the situation but you didn't respond to our emails.

As per our emails we are really sorry your items didn't arrive, we promptly issued a full refund when we declared your parcel lost. Sadly parcels do get lost and it's not our fault at all - all we can do is issue a refund which we have.
Perhaps this 1 star review would be more suited for Royal Mail than us?

Hi Lee, I'm sorry you feel your order was dispatched slowly. We are a small business and took a short much deserved break between Christmas and New year and your order was promptly dispatched as soon as we were back to work. You were sent an order confirmation email and a dispatch email so communication was sent - perhaps they landed in your junk folder? Thank you for shopping with us.
