A good company to do business with

Really good service. Had a faulty Humax unit which was repaired over the Christmas period at a great price. Highly recommended.

I have a purchased a SSD for my 4k freesat box,and it works a treat,also bought a replacement remote,when my original broke,keep up the good work going forward

I placed an online order and was pleasantly surprised as the item was shipped much sooner than expected. The only hold-up was that Royal Mail took two days to pick it up. The packaging was excellent, and it included all the tools needed to get the task done. Replacing the drive only took about 10 minutes and was far more cost-effective than buying a new unit.

Excellent service. Very clear instructions on the procedure to getting our Freesat box repaired. The speed of diagnosis was a couple of days and the box was returned back to us within a week.
Very impressed.

Ordered online and the item was dispatched far quicker than the projected delivery timings. Only delayed as Royal Mail took 48 hours to collect. Item was well packaged and came with the necessary tools to do the job. Took at total of 10 minutes to replace the drive. Much cheaper than replacing the whole unit.

Process was fairly simple. No problems encountered.

Recently ordered a Freesat remote and our order was dealt with by Kieren Dight who really went the extra mile in getting this part to us in Mallorca, Spain so a big thank you to him and his team for excellent service which is not commonplace these days.

Freesat Spares are very good to deal with, seems like a high tech company with Victorian values.

Prompt delivery, easy instructions, works well reasonable prfice

The company never responded to my previous review, my Freesat Box had a fit and recorded all manner of programmes and filled the hard drive which we were unable to empty. A new hard drive was fitted the Box still televises Freesat, although when we are watching Freeview the Box switches on & Off several times but does not record, and with this fault we do not record any programmes. Complete waste of £90 charge should have put the money to good use and bought a new unit

I did get someone else`s box back by mistake but a swop was arranged and that went well. My box is working fine again.

Easy to order the correct part which was swiftly sent to me. Full fitting instructions on website made the repair easy and successful.
