Very good service, item received well packed with fast delivery.

Excellent customer service, very helpful as i am older and not familiar with on line repairs. Post was easy and reasonably priced. Superfast repair and very cheap cost. Can not thank them enough.

It started with a polite request for assistance regarding the repurposing of a sky dish. I found the advice extremely helpful that I ended up buying the parts I needed from them. They seemed to me like they know what they're talking about
And in plain English too. I followed the instructions and like they said I would be up and running. Nothing but praise.. well worth my 5 stars. Delivery too was spot on. If I should need to; I will be using them again.

My BT Youview box needed a new hard drive. Freesat Spares replaced it and the box is now working as it should. It cost £50 plus the cost of sending to them. I was happy to get the box repaired - hopefully the new drive will last for a few years.

Proactive in correcting repair work

I ordered a viewing card from freesatspares.co.uk on 29th November 2024, which I paid for, but have had no delivery. Despite sending emails asking for clarification, there's is no reply.

I have had equipment repaired and bought new. This is an effective and efficient company willing to reply promptly to e mail questions, I recommend this company unhesitatingly.

Nothing made the experience great, it was just a replacement hard drive!
Freesat spares quickly sent me the correct part with some useful tools.

The repair was seamless just downloaded the postage label, send the box for repair, you get a report what the repair is and cost, agree to the repair, pay for it and the box is sent back to you, usually sent back within a couple of days, would recommend.

Ordered a new power cable to ease the moving of my Freesat box from my house to the caravan at weekends at it was delivered very quickly.
