Unrealistic Chargeback Excuses — Stop Delaying Honest Users’ Rewards

I’ve been using Freeward for a long time and recently completed a high-value offer (Rise of Kingdoms — City Hall 16, T3 unlocked, 2,1M power). The task took real time, effort, and even money to complete — all requirements were fulfilled exactly as listed.

However, after completing everything, my withdrawal was delayed with the excuse of “manual review” due to potential chargebacks. Later, I received an explanation claiming that even after receiving payment from advertisers, Freeward might still face chargebacks — which is completely unreasonable for this type of offer.

I’ve been doing offerwall projects for years, including strategy games like Lords Mobile and Rise of Kingdoms, and never once have I experienced a chargeback for these types of offers. These are not simple install apps — they require days of gameplay, real money top-ups, and dedication to reach milestones like unlocking T3 or T4 troops. Calling these “high-risk” is both misleading and unfair to legitimate users.

Chargebacks usually happen on low-quality offers (e.g., register-only apps, fake VPN traffic, or KYC-less sites). But never in serious game offers verified through trusted partners like Lootably or AyetStudios. Using “chargeback” as an excuse to delay payments is unacceptable and shows poor handling of user trust.

Partners confirmed payment and the funds were already converted into coins in Freeward’s system — so the delay and accusations were clearly an internal issue on Freeward’s side, not the advertisers’.

If you are thinking about doing big strategy-game offers (Lords Mobile, Rise of Kingdoms, etc.), be aware there is a high risk that Freeward may delay or block your withdrawal with vague “chargeback” or verification claims. These offers require real dedication — time, money, and effort — and being labeled “fraud” or forced to wait despite verified third-party payouts is unjust. In my case I only unlocked T3 (did not push to T4) and still faced accusations and long delays. That should tell you how risky this can be.

Other platforms like Freecash treat similar offers fairly and pay users promptly. Freeward should stop hiding behind unverifiable reasons and start treating honest users with the transparency and respect they deserve.

What’s even more concerning is the recurring pattern: every time the crypto market drops, Freeward tends to delay or “reverify” user payments. It’s always the same explanation — “pending verification” or “waiting for a third party” — even though offerwall partners like AyetStudios or Lootably already confirmed and released the rewards.

That means the funds were already sent to Freeward and converted into points, yet users are still told to wait indefinitely. This creates the impression that payment holds are linked more to market timing than to genuine verification issues.

Other reward platforms like Freecash process payouts transparently regardless of market conditions. Freeward, on the other hand, repeatedly uses vague justifications to postpone or deny legitimate rewards — which feels manipulative and unfair to honest users.

I hope the Freeward team seriously reconsiders how they treat their community. Credibility and transparency matter more than holding users’ earnings. Until that happens, I can’t recommend this platform to anyone seeking reliability.
