This site is pure scam. They dont pay you, they block you on the chat and they dont answer on email. DONT USE IT!

I love it because it has been so helpful to me.

I had a terrible experience with Freeward. I completed a task, but it was never credited to my account because the connection dropped. I contacted support, but they were completely unhelpful and ignored my issue. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to reward users for their time. If you value your time and effort, stay away from this site — they do not care about their users.

I relied on the Freeward platform and completed numerous tasks, subsequently submitting several reward requests. Despite providing all the required evidence in full, my reward has still not been delivered. My repeated attempts to reach customer support have only resulted in automated, generic responses, with no genuine assistance offered. This creates the impression that users are being deliberately stalled rather than supported.

The platform demonstrates a lack of professionalism and accountability. Even when rewards are eventually processed, the waiting times are excessively long, and the process is consistently prolonged. It has already been 20 days, yet I continue to receive automated messages instructing me to wait an additional month and a half.

I strongly advise against investing your time in this platform. It has proven to be a waste of time, a source of frustration, and a disappointing experience overall. The service is handled in an unprofessional manner, and users are left disadvantaged.

No payment for 20 days! They are just stalling people!

I requested a payout from Freeward, and today it has been 20 full days with no payment. I completed all the tasks properly and sent all the required proofs. Instead of providing real support and carefully reviewing the evidence, they keep giving us generic, dismissive replies to stall. I did my part instantly, they should also pay without delay.

Constantly using “risk” and “chargeback” as excuses is nothing but disrespecting users’ efforts. This lack of responsibility and transparency is plain dishonesty. If you are not going to pay, then stop wasting people’s time. I do not recommend this platform at all!

I completed tasks but never received my points. Support ignores messages and does nothing to help. Freeward is unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete scam. Avoid this platform at all costs.
Freeward contacted me after my review, but unfortunately my issue is still unresolved. I completed the T4 offer over a month ago and have already submitted all required proofs multiple times. Freeward keeps redirecting me to Torox, the advertiser, but there is no direct way for me as a user to contact Torox.

This has left me stuck in a loop: Freeward tells me to contact Torox, and Torox never responds. Despite the follow-up, my reward has never been credited.

The fact that Freeward shifts responsibility to the advertiser instead of helping its users shows how unreliable this platform is. Sadly, even after their reply here on Trustpilot, nothing has changed.

This is totally rubbish earning website. They need to Fair withdrawal system. If you need id proof you take it 1st time not after withdrawal

Hallo Leute, ich hatte am 16.06.25 das Offer "Oscarspin" (Casino) über Freeward in der Freewall gestartet.
Wie sich herausstellte ist es ein Offer von Adtowall, welches von Freeward gut promotet wurde.
Ich habe mich Registriert und 26€ laut Offer mindestens 25€ eingezahlt und habe mindestens 1x umgesetzt, sogar 45€.

Ich warte bis heute auf eine Antwort von Adtowall und Freeward scheint auch nicht helfen zu wollen oder können.
Ich werde Freeward und Adtowall als Scammer in meinem Blog deklarieren.

I was using Freeward with honesty and completed many offers successfully. My account is fully verified with my national ID and face photo.

Despite this, my account was suddenly banned for “multiple accounts or VPN usage,” which is completely false. I only have one account and the only change was switching to a new device.

I have submitted multiple support requests explaining everything, but it has been over a week with no response.

It's unacceptable to block verified users without proper investigation or communication. If Freeward continues to ignore genuine users, I will have to warn others and report this experience across more platforms.

Please handle support issues professionally and fairly.
