Before working with them, I was chasing customers. Now customers recognize me. Freight Genie didn’t just get me in front of shippers, they helped position me as a leader. The messaging, the cadence, the confidence they gave me before calls, it elevated my presence. Today, I don’t just win freight. I win trust.

I’ve worked with lead gen companies before, but Freight Genie is the first one that actually moved the needle in a strategic way, I basically get access to their managment team for free with the shipper meetings. They just do so much that I can finally take a step back and breath and feel like my business will survive because there will be more and more shippers to close every month.

Last week I had to break up a fight between two of our brokers. They were fighting over a freight genie lead. That should tell you everything! IT Takes time for them to set you up the right way and it takes time for you to get your ROI back but by the end of our agreement I looked at our numbers and I think we’ll double our business next year. Only thing we changed was adding Freight genie as a lead channel.

Within the first 6 months, I was talking to buyers shipping into Illinois and Ohio, exactly where I wanted to grow. The conversations were with real decision makers and logistics managers. I am too busy now quoting all these lanes. If you are on the fence DON’T BE. They are legit and actually give a damn.

What impressed me most was their consistency. Even in weeks when I didn’t close anything, they kept setting me up with shippers. That meant I always had something new to work on. After about six weeks, one of those shippers turned into a $400K year FTL project based shipper.

From the very beginning, Freight Genie hasn’t just sent me leads and walked away, they’ve been right there with me. They give me the info I need on each prospect, jump in on meetings when it helps, and work with me to push deals forward. So far I’ve had 35 opportunities, 4 are in quoting, and plenty more still in the pipeline. I will say that it's a challenge, closing deals in the freight space, especially in online sales, but I do receive mentorship and hands-on help from the Freight Genie team to drive deals forward. Having that kind of backup in sales has made a big difference for me.

Lead generation is a hard business. To promise results is difficult because there are so many factors that play a part to success. From your own capabilities, ICPs, attitude, followup, and execution to the environment of the industry. What I can say, is Freight Genie is adaptable, consistent, smart, positive, and effective. They will help your business the best they can, and will put forward the effort to get you more business. They identify the clients and set the ball on the tee, it is your job to execute and follow through and that is where success lies. I recommend them to those looking for more volume to the pipeline and who are strong closers.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Freight Genie delivered exactly the number of prospects we agreed on, and they consistently go above and beyond my expectations. They’ve been incredibly easy to work with, and it’s clear that they truly care—not just about what they do, but about my business as well.

In my industry, working on my own means wearing many hats, and sales has always been the area I’ve struggled with most. Freight Genie filled that role perfectly for me. I can definitely see myself working with them for a long time to come.

Did not fulfill their contract. We never got the full amount of leads we were contracted with them. When the contract ran out they wanted more money to provide the leads we were supposed to get. Most of your meeting cancel as well or rescheduled multiple times.

I have to admit, when I first came across Freight Genie, I was a little skeptical. It seemed too good to be true, and I honestly thought it might be a scam. But after giving it a try, I can honestly say this service is legit! Ive closed three shippers in the first month! Freight Genie provides real, high-quality leads that have been a game-changer for my business. The platform is easy to use, and the leads are genuinely relevant, saving me time and effort. I'm really impressed with the service and will definitely keep using it. If you're on the fence like I was, trust me—this is a solid, badass service!

I started using Freight Genie a couple of month back and so far I am very satisfied with their lead generation. So far, they have delivered on their commitment that they will generate so many number of leads and that is very encouraging. I was able to close one deal so far.

We struggled at first with freight genie. In the first 4 months of our partnership we closed 0 accounts and had maybe 4 meetings a motnh. It was very frustraiting. We were repeatedly told to give it time, let the team execute let the AI reach a significant amount of people. Well in the last month of our plan, we were able to secure a shipper doing 100K freight spend a month and it has totally changed our business! We were about to not renew but they saed us at the bell. It comes down to communication, customer service every time we voiced a concern they were and trying new strategies to get us better results. We felt we were on the same page with them. I'm glad we stayed the course.

We have been with Freight Genie for over 5 years. We were with them when they came out with their AI and were one of their first trial clients. I have to say the leadership at this company is second to none I've partnered with in the past. They continue to evolve and adapt with the latest tech and we feel like we've found a life time partner for sales, marketing and tech. We have not closed every single meeting or lead they have given us but thats on us, they continue to provide the right prospects for us to serve. In the last 5 years we've grown from a start up to mid size brokerage doing 7 figures. If I could give 10 stars I would. Oh and we are still at the price we paid 5 years ago. They honured our legacy pricing. That tells me everything i need to know about this company.

I have worked with other agencies, other crms and tools some very expensive, and every single one has promised that I'll be swimming in leads. None have delivered. The problem with most agencies is that they don't know how create a plan for transportation companies. The problem with these tool is that it takes wayy to long to understand and use correctly and produces weak results. Freight genie has found something here because they combine agency systems and use all these tools on the market and do it all for you. I'm no rocket scientist but accessing that vs buying them all myself is the best outcome + they execute it for you.
