does what it says. i signed up 4 months ago with freight genie. from their sales process until the end of this 4th month, with 2 more months to go i have had no complaints at all! they promised qualified shipper meetings and thats what im getting. i had 2 sales people when i signed up. had to hire another one and get involved myself in sales as well because of the traffic coming in from freight genie. they also help you prepare for the calls, help with follow ups (which it seems is super important in sales especially in freight industry) and give advice on closing the customers they give us. the service has definitely been what was expected plus we learned a whole lot with Anthony and his team

I am in charge of new business strategy at my brokerage. I had tried tools for prospecting before, but they just don’t work for the transportation industry and take too much time to learn. Freight Genie came highly recommended, so I decided to recommend Freight Genie to our owner. That was 2 years ago! Since then, we’ve seen a large uptick in meetings with shippers and were able to close 4 big accounts.
I highly recommend their services to any transportation company looking to scale effectively. Our customer success agent, Faiq, is literally amazing.

Freight Genie gave us a roadmap for scaling our heavy haul brokerage. Previously, we relied on calls and emails, which took a toll on our sales team. Their marketing channels, AI, and lead generator expertise brought in shippers specifically looking for heavy haul, adding an extra 100 loads with contracted rates from a key shipper we were targeting but couldn’t do so without the assistance from Freight Genie! It’s definitely working for us, will continue using.

I am the CEO of ANOBLE Logistics~ I used Freight Genie Previously and they were great until January of 2024~ Then their services fell apart~ I have told them to take my positive testimonials and videos down. They have not~~ I just don’t want to misinform about a company that is no longer good~~

SPAM…worst I’ve experienced! I always get a good laugh when an email states: “We’ll get you to the right decision makers every time”, yet they are prospecting me and I’m not the right decision maker! Not a good representation. Additionally, Anthony Natale; CEO Freight Genie uses some Kalendar.AI program that generates a new email extension every time to bypass junk/spam/blocked contact folders. I have added his name, email, company…etc many, many times, yet I keep getting these emails over and over every week for several months now. Today being the latest…new email address received is: freightgenie kalndrai1501 (left out at sign at first blank which has Anthony’s name as the sender.

I’ve spoken with my coworkers in the same role, and they get the same email spam from the same person/company. Even if I were the right decision maker; due this companies abuse of unethical attempts at communication, I would never work with them as it displays poor tactics and zero business ethics!

From reading some of their responses to other 1 Star reviews, they constantly say they adhere to Googles Spam and Communication guidelines. I don’t use Google…but I am interested how to get this type of pursuit to stop!

I've been getting marketing services from Freight Genie to help expand my brokerage. They have been a great help in getting me to connect with potential customers. Finally, the prospective clients they have put in front of me to date all have real shipping needs and/or are looking to improve upon one of the services that I provide. After only two months, the Freight Genie team has started filling up my calendar with the meetings they’ve booked, and I’ve signed multiple new clients already. I’m excited to see the growth after a few more months!

Freight Genie has been producing shipper appointments for us every month, keeping us busier than we already are! Most people in logistics would know that you can have random fires you have to put out each day, and when Freight Genie is booking appointments for you, you might find yourself asking to reschedule, but that comes with a risk of losing that shipper- and I really wanted to highlight the fact that Freight Genie is going above and beyond and even taking those meetings for us sometimes, and securing a next step with the shippers which is a great deal!

Leads are not verified as they claim. I made complaints and all they do is just send more leads that are of little use. Canceled service twice. They keep charging my card anyway. They stop for a month then start up again. Response: Yes I was and I accepted a 30 day program. Which you automaticly renewed the next month. We spoke and said it would be canceled the following month. It happened again. We had another call and we ent thru it again. Frustrating and seems unethical practice and a bait and switch.

I had the greatest learning experience Gerard. Gerard was very patient and detailed with explanations and instructions. He was prompt with his responses to any issues I had and helped me to become better with my expertise and to feel confident with my performance. I am so grateful for this great experience. Had a minor issue with crm and arrangements were immediately made with developers to get corrected. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and personable. Everyone at freight genie has been extremely helpful.
