Sophie Green at Leggett Immobilier made the entire process of selling our property in Dordogne so seamless and stress free. She helped us at every stage of the sale, gave great advice, helped with important paperwork and documents, and recommended a great notaire. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone selling (or buying) a property in Dordogne.

My wife and i were looking for a holiday home in france and went to view with Leggett. We met with Antony who lives in the area and gave the grand tour which confirmed to us Châteauponsac was for us. Anu then guided us through the process and helped us with any issue we had. I couldn't recommend these people more, excellent ambassadors for the company.

le premier contact a été primordiale. Madame WINLING Myriam a été très à l'écoute et a parfaitement cerné mon problème. ses explications ont été très claires et d'une grande utilité. Elle n'a pas ménagé son temps. par la suite elle m'a tenue régulièrement informée et au fil du temps j'ai pu constater que sa stratégie était appropriée à la situation.
l'estimation était exacte, les formalités législatives respectées. la vente s'est faite rapidement malgré le contexte de l'immobilier difficile.
Elle a toujours fait preuve d'une grande courtoisie et d'une réelle compétence professionnelle, je n'ai pu que me réjouir d'avoir fait appel à ses services, je ne peux que louer son travail et recommande vivement son agence.

The personal service provided by our Leggett representative, Emma Mann, was always professional and efficient. Emma was always available to answer our questions and did so quickly. We have had past experience where an agent did not seem interested and did not keep us in contact from one month to the next. Emma was quite the opposite. She made us feel like we were her only client and even though she was busy she always made the time. She sorted our problems, put us at ease, was always positive and made the process seem logical rather than tedious. Emma Mann is an absolute credit to the Leggett name.

We can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Legget Immobilier. Yvonne and Giles are consummate professionals. They guided us through the whole process making for a stress free experience.
We put the house on the market in March, had an offer for the full asking price after 3 viewings and completed the sale in September. Thank you Leggetts!!!!

Where do i start!, our local representatives Kate & Sylvie have worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line recently. From being messed about by potential buyers who dragged it out for months to finding another buyer and seeing it through to completion they have been exceptional.

Alison was amazing from start to finish, always at hand to answer our questions and offering advice and guidance throughout the purchase process. I would definitely recommend her as an agent when purchasing in the Lot Garonne. She has a lovely, kind demeanour and not overbearing like many of the other agents we encountered.

Suite à contact téléphonique de la mandataire du secteur Boussac (23 - Creuse). Mandat confiè. 4 mois après, aucune visite malgré un prix 51.000 € en dessous d'une estimation pourtant écrite par une de ses collègues. Une 1er tranche de travaux d'importances ont été réalisés à plusieurs titres sans augmentation du prix de départ. Au bout de 5 mois, et une seconde tranche de travaux, nous avions légitimement convenu de réajuster le prix d'un commun accord, ¨La maison n'étant plus la même ¨pour reprendre ses propres termes. Dans l'attente d'un Avenant, je reçu un mail m'annonçant finalement qu'elle se désengageait......Sans dénonciation officielle et contractuelle de LEGGETT, on m'indiquait par mail à nouveau avoir archivé mon dossier. Inefficace à tout le moins et drôle de façon de faire !

We had moved permanently from South Africa three months before meeting Gillian Annesley. We had viewed over 25 properties and were becoming despondent. What made Gillian different from the many other agents that we had met with was that she really listened to us, when we discussed what we were looking for and was completely open and honest about our expectations and available properties. She showed us a house in Azille that we thought had potential but were not sure. Gillian sourced an architect/builder to give us an idea of what renovations were possible. But still we were not sure. It was then she encouraged us to see a house we had dismissed on paper. And we are so pleased we listened to her. It turned out to be our dream home. She worked hard to ensure that a fair, accurate price was agreed on which resulted in happy sellers/happy buyers. But her input and support didn't stop there. New to the country and french language, she held our hands through all the paperwork and was always available to help with any questions - however stupid or time of night! Once the sale had gone through she continued to be an integral part of our lives. She put us in touch with a local builder and helped us get to know the area and how things worked. Gillian enjoys what she does and is prepared to "walk the extra mile" for her clients. I would highly recommend her.
