Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience - Broken promises & arbitrary refund
I placed an order on September 25 for 2x Jellycat Bashful Sorrel Bunnies and 1x
Fizzleskip Bunny, with an expected delivery by October 9. I waited patiently for nearly a month because I wanted to support a small business and trusted their communication.
In a previous email, they claimed the delay was due to waiting for Fizzleskip stock from Jellycat. However, out of nowhere, they unilaterally refunded my Sorrel bunnies without my consent-which were the main reason for my order-and only dispatched the Fizzleskip!
Fizzleskip is widely available elsewhere with discounts, and receiving just this one item defeats the entire purpose of my purchase.
Forcing a partial shipment after a month of waiting and breaking customer trust is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious when ordering from them.
