The items were junk. Ordered the tops with built in bras. What a joke. Don’t waste your money, which I have done. Thought it was a local Canadian company. Stupid me. (Obviously written on my husband’s account, I , his wife, bought the tops.)

I received my shipment of 5 XLG tank top today. I find them to still be a little too tight, they push on the breast tissue a lot, and the excess out by my arm pits. I refuse to go to 2XL when I wear Medium in everything else.

I ordered the wrong size and after a few emails, we settled on a better size and I paid postal only to get the second option. I'm very pleased with it, the service felt like dealing with a friend. Thank you.

I still did not receive my sandals. I ordered them 6 weeks ago. I was ghosted after making many inquiries. The tracking email now says that the order doesn't exist! SCAM! Do not order from this place! AND IT IS NOT CANADIAN!

Update! I received my order on July 13th. The quality was not as described and they were not the right size! Returning them would have been a hassle and I would have had to pay more again for that! I gave them away- such a waste of money!

Beware! This company ships from China. Poor sizing and quality. To return you need to pay international postage fees and duties. Cost to return more than purchase. Lots of back and forth. Will not refund 100%

I must say I am extremely disappointed with the resolution being offered.

The items I received were not the correct size as ordered. As the error was not mine, I do not believe it is reasonable to expect me to pay an additional $44.99 CAD to receive the products that should have been supplied correctly in the first place. Referring to this charge as a shipping fee does not change the fact that I am being asked to spend more money to correct an error made by your company.

The alternative options are equally disappointing. A 35% store credit does not adequately resolve the issue, and returning the items internationally at my own expense is not a practical solution.

As a customer, I expected the company to stand behind its products and correct order fulfillment mistakes without additional cost to the customer. Unfortunately, your proposed resolutions fall well short of that expectation.

At this point, I have lost confidence in your company and will not be making any future purchases.

I ordered sandals from this company, they sent the wrong size, then wanted to charge me $25 for them to send me the correct size. I told them i would not pay that amount, not my mistake, so either send the right size or I wanted a full refund. They did agree to send me the correct size , no charge, This has been ongoing since May 2026, today we are June 23rd, absolutely no word form Haper and Logan Vancouver. They seem to have ghosted me. I am very displeased with this company! They should be ashamed of how they deal with their customers. My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I really like the two i got I ordered the second one bigger that the first one I can wear wear them both but wish the bust was bigger , I have to squeeze myself in as a matter of fact I put bigger inserts in the first one . They are so great everywhere but the bust. Keep us big busted women in mind . I could live in them if (bust size ) was bigger .

I ordered the same item in 3 different colours. Two of them fit great and one was like 2 sizes too small. It was disappointing. However I do love the 2 that fit me. Very soft and comfortable.

I was kept informed of where my item was every step of the way. It arrived within the time frame I was told it was going to. It fits and looks great!

Item was from China temu sells ir for a quarter of price. It is not as described at all. When I emailed them my concerns there was no reply like they ignored my concerns. Stating it is a canadian company selling their stuff.
They should be black listed. I don't believe I will get any of my money back. So sad that others claim Canadians, a real Canadian wouldn't be scamming others like this. Poor poor quality crappy responses.

This company is a out of China scam they said they were from Vancouver but I waited over 6 weeks for this horrible dress that was so misleading on their advertising it showed the flowers raised they are not they are printed they show the dress cotton it is not. I would wear this dress to a dog fight.in fact I feel I will it will be a fight to get my money back 69.95

This company Harper Logan is very misleading. They state to be out of Vancouver but they are actually out of China I waited 3 weeks to receive my order. Once I got it it was two sizes smaller than what it stated, the gene material was cheap the buckles were cheap. They have a terrible return policy because if you wish to return it you will have to send it back to China and incur the shipping costs as well as the duties. Don't waste your money.

The 5 outfits I ordered were inconsistent in size. Some of them were see-through, one where the pants were XS and the jacket a L, and they are not the pretty pink color as advertised on the website. If you wish to return items, you must send them to China at your own cost, which for me would have been double the amount I paid for the items I purchased. Thus there really is no ability to return items.

To say that I am disappointed in the received product (Roxanne Comfort Tank) would be a gross understatement.

Had I known it would be shipped directly from China I wouldn’t have bothered ordering it in the first place. After waiting three weeks to receive my order I find that this is nearly identical to that tank that I received from Temu for less than 1/3 of the price and that shipped the next day.

The website portrays this tank as having reinforced straps and finished edges, which is not what was received.

After being disappointed with what I had ordered from Temu, I had thought that paying the extra cost and ordering from a (seemingly) local Vancouver based company would result in a superior product; unfortunately, this is not the case.

Absolout garbage clothing. The dress I ordered was on sale for $64.95. It looks nothing like the picture and is made with the cheapest quality material. These are cheap cheap products from China. Shein clothing is better than this. Also would like to mention if you want to return something it has to be returned to CHINA at your expense. What a waste of money. I would add that this company is passing themselves off as a Vancouver company. There is no store... all from China.

This is a Chinese company listing itself as a local company which I wanted to support. I'm so sick and tired of this. They make themselves out to be a couple from Vancouver, but in fact, they are not. As a follow up to their reply, they suggested I keep the product and they would give me 10% of the sale back because postage back to China is horrendous. What a joke! The construction of the tops left a lot to be desired. I could probably do better. Be very careful buying from them.

Everything arrived I. Perfect condition The product was as described.

Like the shirt. Would like to now know the best way to launder and dry the shirt. Didn't see any info on this with the shirt.
