It does what it is supposed to do and for the most part without issues. Sometimes there are random bugs. Typing in a ticket and for no reason it disappears when typing and does random keystroke shortcuts, happens across the floor rarely and randomly. Sometimes copy paste doesn't work fast and takes a few seconds to attach small file or image.

Freshdesk has been an incredible addition to our team. The platform is intuitive, making setup and onboarding effortless. The ticketing system keeps everything organized, while automation saves us from repetitive tasks.

Its analytics provide valuable insights, and seamless integrations with other tools make our workflow smoother. Plus, their support team is always responsive and helpful.

If you’re looking for an efficient and user-friendly customer support solution, Freshdesk is a fantastic choice!

Wasn't too happy with the reduction in free licenses from 10 to 2 - doesn't really give us an incentive to stay as we are now not as ingrained in the product as we might have been had the free license count remained higher, although in balance, everyone's in business to make money. Other than that, it's simple to use and does have some useful functionality.

We've automated out support emails to automatically create/update Freshdesk entries as well as rules for classification and distribution. This automatically captures a significant amount of our client interactions. The date below is the date of this Review since this is an ongoing advantage!

I have used this company for a few years. Generally it is straightforward until you have an issue and then customer service gets involved.

They have locked me out of the account and i am now unable to reply to customer messages. A simple typo means that we have to follow extremely long steps to resolve. The person who i am dealing with seems like an incompetant so and so.

Super product - Super helpdesk

Direct contact with knowledgable and friendly experts/sales. Free acces to demo site and able to prepare a quickly customized application for demo at my client side. Appealing license schema, which allows us with a few users to gain experience free of charge.

Huge sudden price increase. Look out - they are out to rip you off!!

The system is okay, however they block admin account access after some days if you don't pay an agent seat for that account. In our case this would have doubled our costs without any benefit. Also customer care wouldn't help, they told us to talk to the billing team.

Not having admin access unless you pay another agent seat leaves me behind speechless. Shady business tactics.

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Freshdesk's customer service. Despite multiple attempts to organize a product demonstration, our requests were canceled three times. The onboarding process was so frustrating and inefficient that we ultimately decided to switch to a competitor. As a small business owner, I cannot recommend Freshdesk due to their lack of professionalism and poor client support. It’s unfortunate that such service likely leads to the loss of valuable customers like us. I hope they improve their approach to customer engagement in the future

The support team at Freshdesk are fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful. One of the best support experiences. Very highly recommended.

Karjol was very helpful and was immediately able to come up with solutions to fix the problem.

The ticketing system is easy to use, has a modern look and is highly flexible by automation rules.
