I enjoy FD. However, if client has someone cc'd on email and the person cc'd responds on email. It's difficult to respond back to the person who responded as the email chain automatically sends to the original sender.

Freshdesk is a great platform for email management, the support team are very helpful and thorough and I would gladly recommend their services.

The support team is highly helpful and knowledgeable.

However, the app has limitations in some reports, and there are issues with the database not syncing properly with the displayed reports.

Application is easy to use with great integration with MS Outlook and Teams. Searching and filtering through all the tickets is easy, there is only one functionality missing in filtering and that is the option to exclude condition for filtering.
Knowledge base is excellent and very helpful.

Your platform is good. We have a lot of features.

I miss the service charge if we he have subcontractors.

Though all was done online, support is very good, Freshworks agents are very competent, answering quickly and always kind.
Freshdesk platform itself is easy to setup, userfriendly for both agents and customers. Providing far enough customization, at least for our needs. The Knowledge Database is also very good. Maybe the import from Microsoft docs could be improved, and a batch import of files would also be appreciated. At the end improving our communication with our customers and this is what is most important for us.

Freshdesk Experience was mixed.
Excellent UI/UX but some native functionalities are not scaleable enough (Exports, KPI Management, Ticket Routing)

The paid product is NOT worth it. They talk a big game and have nothing to show for it. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. Which is so ironic as they are a customer service platform.

Worst support experience of my life. This company is supposed to make good support software so I think it says a lot.

I used Freshdesk for 6 months and was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, they then automatically charged me for another 6 months; when I wrote to them to explain that I didn't need to continue my subscription, they said that it's impossible to cancel mid-subscription and that I would have to pay for the second 6-months even if I didn't use it.

Very disappointing and I recommend that you avoid this service provider unless you're ready to pay all the subscription fees they charge you (and automatically renew without asking) even if you don't use the service.

Trying to get support or contact with anyone speaking english is hopeless. They all sit in India and talk with 1000 words per minute and there is no way to understand them. The calls get cutoff all the time and they are all very keen to transfer you to another agent. If you rely on a stable solution, pick another option.

Anche il sito pubblicizzava il FREE FOREVER up to 10 agents. Le cose sono cambiate, anche per gli utenti che già utilizzano il prodotto. E sono cambiate di molto, perchè gli agenti gratuiti sono passati da 10 a 2 soltanto! e per ogni agente in più, il costo richiesto è di euro 15$ AL MESE (ciascuno). Una bella differenza!! E una bella presa in giro.

We've had a frustrating experience with Freshdesk's customer service. Initially, we used the service for four agents, but when we reduced our team to three, Freshdesk couldn't adjust our contract until the next yearly payment cycle. They offered us a credit for the following year, but after we reduced to just one agent and informed them immediately, the credit issue became a nightmare.

Despite reaching out months before the next payment was due and forwarding their previous email confirming the credit, no one seemed to have record of it. We endured numerous calls and had no updates, with Freshdesk insisting we pay for two agents despite having only one for nearly 10 months. After escalating the issue to a manager, we still received no resolution. As a result, we had to pay for services we didn’t use and ended up discontinuing Freshdesk. We do not recommend their service due to their poor communication and inability to resolve issues.

Terrible customer service, negated all our communication and own us credits.
