Fantastic deep clean!
David and his team did a wonderful job cleaning my flat (which had been left rather dirty by previous tenant). Everything is sparkling... the kitchen, oven, bathroom, skirting boards, windows, furniture. It was everything I hoped for and more, would definitely use again and highly recommend! Kelly

Amazing service and cleaning !
David and his team were fantastic, and the company responded to emails incredibly quickly. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again! We had a full house clean before moving in, including carpet cleaning, and everything smelled amazing. David even followed up afterward to ensure we were satisfied. Despite moving in earlier than planned, which made cleaning more challenging, David was very accommodating and worked around the situation with kindness and professionalism. Thank you!

I booked deep cleaning service with this company…
I booked deep cleaning service with them and paid £60 deposit
On Saturday 12th booking time was 2 pm but no one turned up and upon email to office they contacted me saying they will be there in 20 mins but turned up 2 hrs late and upon inspecting they said property is too dirty and left
They had one week to ask the photos of property and could have tol me they can't do it or they need more money
We don't live at the property so we had to come from far

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, especially since you had to travel to the property. Our office and team made every effort to keep you updated on their arrival time, but we regret that it took longer than expected.
Upon inspection, our team found that the property was infested with flies, which presented a serious health hazard and made it unsafe for our cleaners to proceed. The condition of the property was also very poor, and as per our terms, we reserve the right to cancel bookings in such situations.

Poor quality cleaning (EoT)
I booked an End of Tenancy cleaning and the booking process was easy and straightforward. On the day the cleaners didn't show up at the scheduled time, after trying to call for quite some time, it turns out that they couldn't find the right flat. The cleaning was not that great, certainly not up to the standards advertised on the website. I felt my usual cleaner would have done a better job for a much lower price. I was lucky that the landlord needed to re-decorate the flat anyway. Despite the booking process was easy and the operators on the phone were helpful and polite, the actual cleaning was not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend and certainly will not use the service again.

Great service
Great service! They worked really hard and did a great end of tenancy clean for us. It was amazing to come home to such a treat.
The oven and the fridge/freezer were cleaned really well.

First class cleaning service - prompt, flexible, great value
Issly were able to organise cleaners within 24 hours when our tenants left without cleaning the flat. Issly were flexible and willing to remove all the rubbish ( 12 large black bags). They did a superb cleaning job and literally transformed the place all within their quote..Their communication and availability to talk in person was brilliant. I was delighted with the work and consider Issly to provide excellent value and to be a delight to work with

Very nice - David and his team done a so delicate work
David and his team did such a good job - all surface all edges has been deeply cleaned, a lot of stains I thought would be impossible to remove has been cleaned.
Carpets deep cleaned so well, balcony has also been cleaned to a high standard. Would highly recommend David and his team!

What an amazing team
What an amazing team. We just received the keys of our new flat and it was left to us in a disgraceful state. Thank you David for bringing it back to the original state. When I walked in After the cleaning I thought for a second I walked into the wrong flat, couldn’t recognise it. Amazing job, would definitely book this company again.

Avoid - complete sham
Very poor cleaning not an end of tenancy at all. It is surface level at best and reading the reviews depends on who you get. I booked an end of tenancy and the lady cleaned the kitchen to an acceptable standard for a one of clean not an end of tenancy. The rest of the house was poor, dusty door frames, fittings railings etc they only stayed 2 hours and over charged. The cleaner on the day apologised to me several times when I pointed out the dust and dirty areas saying her colleague was tired as had been a long day. Would not recommend and will never use again. I used fantastic cleaners for my other property - much better with the right equipment / spent over 5 hours and did a cracking job.

According to our records, our team cleaned your property for 3.5 hours, you also stated this in your email to us. You mentioned there were cobwebs left behind, and based on that, requested a full refund. When our colleagues asked for photographic evidence to investigate the matter further, you refused to substantiate your claims, and we instead received negative feedback.
We always strive to be fair and transparent with all of our customers. However, without supporting evidence, we are unable to proceed with any further action. Our own photos show the property was left spotless, but we are happy to discuss this matter further if additional information becomes available.

Overpriced and underdelivered
Given the price for the service, I was left disappointed with the professionalism of the company. The cleaners were 2.5 hours late, which itself is disappointed, however on top of this the communication from the cleaner regarding the delay was poor and I had to keep chasing, no refund or compensation offered.
Cleaning itself was ok but took a long time and for the price I was charged for a 1 bed flat and the service I received, I would avoid using this company and look for an alternate

Unprofessional, bad service
The cleaners were 2 hours late, we called the company for refund or reduction of the price and they said no. They were smoking and drinking on our balcony. It also took them 5 hours to clean a 1 bed flat. I missed my train, and I had to get the keys to the landlord late at night. It was very inconvenient that I had to change my schedule thrice during the day.
The cleaners brought their kid with them, this I can understand but hoped that they told us first.
On top of this, they did not do a good job cleaning the floors or the table tops. It was very disappointing.

David and his colleague did a really good job cleaning my flat!
I ordered a "moving in" cleaning service as I received a new flat with a not clean condition.
But now I feel satisfied and comfortable to move in after my flat was thoroughly cleaned :)
Communication with them has also been so easy. Sonia replied quickly via email, and David is also a really nice guy and he listened to all requests.
Would really recommend them!
