Excellent service

I asked your guy to separate the two houses supply. He couldn't understand or he didn't want to understand. He showed his frustration which I was scared that either he will hit me or walkaway. I just left and now if there was a leak on my side, the main has to close, stopping supply on both sides, which defeats the purpose. Yes he has made sure that soft water is only for my side if the house. Not happy at all. Don't remember the date of installation. Just guessed it

They came to the house for the quotation and explained everything that had to be done. Really detailed explanations. The installation was professional and the plumber was friendly giving me the time to decide on small details. We had water softener, water filter and new tap installed, really happy with the new water system.

Peter Hines conducted a full survey of our fresh water arrangements and came up with a comprehensive solution to provide softened water to the house, whilst having potable water, through a reverse osmosis plant, at our sink, plus a new tap. It was rather more complicated than usual. We discussed the work required, the cost, and agreed a date for installation. This was all noted down in long hand and signed. Two weeks ago, Jim, a very experienced plumber, came and fitted the system in a day and all has been working perfectly since. Friendly Water are true professionals and a trustworthy, reliable company. Highly recommended.

The team at friendly water have an in-depth knowledge of the different types of water softeners on the market and can give good solid advice about what might suit a particular customer. The ordering and installation process all went smoothly and I’m now enjoying much soft water after my old machine was replaced by the one recommended by friendly Water.

Good professional advice from Carl on initial visit, then smooth installation by Jimmy of Hague Maximiser 410 to replace our 15-year old water softener. I had previously been told by a plumber that it may not be possible to install a water softener in my house, but when Friendly Water arrived, they did a thorough check of everything and explained how it would be possible. They then installed the system within half a day.

Good installation of new water softener

The staff have all been wonderful, they seem to know what they are talking about and giving good advise (not that I know much about water softeners other than the results are pleasing).
The visits were done on time and I was left feeling that "the product sells itself, I just give you the facts".
The work was arranged in short order and the work completed as per spec.
Would I recommend them to a family member, yes 100%
