I wanted to say a big Thankyou to Catherine who was so helpful when DPD let me down by not delivering on the day as I had an installer booked in.
Euclid, the installer, came as arranged. He was courteous, used mats to cover the floor and did a great job. He took the time to explain everything to me and left everything clean and tidy. Many thanks ☺️

There appears to be no customer service, so keep this in mind if you are thinking of buying from this company. The water softener does exactly what it's supposed to do, and can find no fault there, however there is a problem with the lid which has been there since day one and I cannot connect it to my phone. Have phoned numerous times and left messages, but no one ever gets back to you.

Very slow communications. Still waiting for a receipt for a £200+ repair after almost two week. Asked for the hardness to be checked after fixing the fault but the repair man didn't do it. Other companies do.
If it wasn't fitted when we bought the house I would look for alternatives.

Gavin was brilliant and came to my rescue, without hesitation, when I had a problem with an existing water softener from another company, whose after care service was unreliable. Gavin came to me the day I phoned him to investigae the problem, I decided I needed a new water softener, which he then installed immediately. He was honest about the condition of my old water softener and very helpful. Excellent customer service, thank you!

Had some misunderstanding in the beginning but the matter was resolved by Gavin of Thames Valley Softener.
