Wow what more can I say!
Wow what more can I say! Ordered the Red Velvet cake for my daughterâs birthday on Christmas Day. Cake arrived on day expected and notification re delivery was very good. The cake was very well packed with insulation and dry ice packs, all recyclable which was very impressive. The cake itself was amazing, very moist and absolutely delicious! I was very impressed overall and would definitely recommend you to give Frodeli a try and I will certainly be using them again! Well done Frodeli.

Hits and Misses
Loved the Red Velvet. Was still frozen on arrival. Came with instructions on how to defrost and store. We had it on Boxing Day and it was so nice, just the right amount of frosting. Thoroughly recommend.
Jam sponges came without the custard and no heating instructions which was quite disappointing. There was also no instructions on website when I checked. There was a wee card with the box but again it lacked any instructions on how to reheat. Had to hazard a guess as to how long to reheat for. Didnât realise there was no custard until I opened the box that the sponges came in as thatâs where I thought it was. There was nothing in the outer packaging that it came in.
They were lovely and tasty though.Nice soft sponge and the jam was so fruity.

Would have gave 5 star,but for delivery issues didn't receive when should have.
Although saying that it was obviously down to delivery service.

Cheesecake arrived when they said it would with a few little extras as well it was well packaged
It was already sliced with paper in between the slices just had to serve it with the garnishes (caramel sauce and mint leaves) it was gorgeous a bit pricey but well worth it for a special occasion would definately recommend

Unfortunately never received goods ordered on 16th December due to courier. Contacted customer services who offered me a replacement or refund,I confirmed that I would like a refund by return email.
Refund never received had to escalate to a claim with PayPal.

We had the Ferrero Roche CakeâŠ.
We had the Ferrero Roche Cake for my sons 21st. It arrived beautifully packaged on the day we asked for and was firmly frozen.
When we came to defrost the cake the top half of some of the slices had slid backwards off the cake. It didnât look too nice when it was time to blow out the candles and sing happy birthday! It did however taste good.

Your review is particularly concerning, as the desserts are kept sealed at all times. They are placed in a sealed tray. The sealed tray is then placed into a sealed box, so we're not sure how a fly could access the desserts order to lay eggs that would develop in to maggots.
The tracking for this parcel shows it was held up in their Stoke depot. After calling DPD to investigate this, they advised that the goods had not been delivered and had been disposed of.
Sorry to hear your parcel did not get to you when it should have done. I can see that you reported this to our Customer Care team last week and received an immediate refund.

Unfortunately, the recent Royal Mail strikes have created a strong impact during a peak time for couriers; parcels that would normally be sent with Royal Mail are being sent with DPD instead and this has caused some of their depots to become overwhelmed with parcel volumes.
