Polite, Proper & Professional. I have just used Frodshams to act for myself and my company for a property purchase. The team were responsive & super efficient in getting the purchase went smoothly and in a timely manor. I will be using the team moving forward for any purchases and sales relating to my portfolio, particular thanks to India in ensuring everything was in order and advising correctly.

I used Frodshams for a sale and purchase, and although Sue King was excellent for me, my biggest regret was recommending my mum to use Frodshams as she had a totally different experience and was treated so badly in my opinion. I was present during most telephone conversations when both Ben and Kathryn spoke to my mum with utter disrespect, a customer paying a lot of money for in my opinion a terrible service. I felt she had a pack of wolves attacking her for having every right to be upset about the poor service she had received with errors and things kept from her along the way. They were defensive when questioned, rude and spoke to a pensioner like she was below them. If it was me I would be furthering the complaint to the ombudsman for the final voicemail she received off Rachel. As it was unacceptable and what a nasty nasty voicemail to receive on a day of exchange when it should have been excitement. Below low in my opinion. And a lot of errors due to poor communication. I will most definitely not be recommending anyone again to Frodshams, and I have lots of friends and acquaintances that could have been forwarded on who are currently looking for solicitors, but rest assured they will
Not be using Frodshams, which is a shame as Sue King was brilliant for me but the other three who dealt with my mum are simply shocking!! I’m not quite sure how people get away with such awful service. My mother is kind, empathetic and caring so to watch people treat her that way was awful

Kathryn was brilliant from start to finish. I was keen to exchange very quickly and Kathryn managed to hit the deadline which was not easy - she was proactive, responsive and very helpful throughout - I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Kathryn was the conveyancer on my Partners purchase of a very tricky Flat. Throughout, Kathryn was at hand to answer any questions and provide regular updates. Despite slow and challenging third parties and other solicitors being rubbish, she still pushed through all this to get us completed.

Its no wonder I've spoken to a few people now who have also used Kathryn and Frodsham's and they are as delighted as we are with the service. I suspect with all the glowing reviews I hear about this firm they will only get busier, but if someone can handle it... its Kathryn !!!

Kathryn was brilliant throughout the whole process. Informing us and dealing with difficult sellers solicitors & third parties she sorted everyone out and got me a completion date in no time despite various challenges, enquires and time constraints.

We was never left out the loop, updated regularly and emails returned promptly a service you rarely see among other solicitors sadly nowadays, Kathryn however is a credit to the industry.

Awful solicitors

I am still waiting a call back about money owed 2 weeks after completion, can never get in touch with them. Was initially miss quoted by 8K I had to point out the error.

On the phone they were rude and scoffed when I asked for an update. Delayed the move due to the whole office going for lunch for an hour! resulting in us completing in the dark and the rain.

No consistency on who was handling the case!

Frodshams handled the purchase of my house which has just completed. The system was smooth and the app allows you to see the progress of the purchase. The fees were clear from the start so you know what you’re paying for.

I can’t thank Kirsty Strong enough for the support she provided in completing LPA’s for both my father and my mother in law. If only we knew that we would need it for dad so soon afterwards. Had we not had it in place, we were facing him being transferred to a care home more than 30 miles away, which would have made it so very difficult to support him in his unplanned transition.
