Placed an order and never received shipping information or updates. When I attempted to reach out via Instagram and email I was completely ignored. I was only able to receive my money after initiating a chargeback with my bank. Awful experience and I urge not to purchase anything from this scamming company.

Buying the Gift Card was a great experience. FromTheFirst send it fast and with the instructions on how to redeem it.

I Ordered this in 2024 and it's currently 2026 with no update on my items or refund. Would like to receive the items purchased. I am so disappointed since I have bought boots in the past and have enjoyed them

I purchased the brown snake skin boots over a year ago and spent $850!!! Never received shipping confirmation and never obtained my shoes!! Terrible customer service and terrible experience!! The fact that the company just took my money and didn’t give me what I purchased is a crime!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. In my life I've ordered from hundreds of shops online and this is the first and only time I have ever gotten completely ripped off. It's been over three months and I've heard nothing from anyone. They don't respond to emails, the order never shipped and there's no refund or ability to cancel. I finally had to go through my credit card company to get a chargeback, which did work out in my favor and I got all my money back, but this was the first and only time I have EVER had to do that when shopping online. Apparently their reputation in the past was decent, but the average experience people are now having with them appears to be exactly what I'm describing. Also, they delete any negative reviews on their website so that people can't be warned against what they're doing. I don't know if they were expecting me to just let them keep $600 for no reason but I have never experienced such disgusting behavior from any company online. DO NOT BUY

SCAMMMMMMM!!!!! Please CAREFUL

I bought the new black Dante boots and received them very quickly, within about 5 days shipped to the US. They are very high quality and are unlike any boots I've found elsewhere.

That being said, this is not my first experience with FromTheFirst. For this most recent transaction, I give them 5 stars. I left a review back in 2024 where I preordered a pair of Dante boots and ended up never receiving them after waiting longer than the estimated delivery time. Needless to say I gave them a 1 star review on that transaction. I'm still leaving the other review up because I feel like it would be misleading to take it down.

I guess the moral of the story is, if you get your order, you'll probably love it. From my own personal experience, it seems like if you purchase something on preorder, it's a lot riskier.

Ordered boot 15 October 2025, shipping time was 12 weeks, it’s been already 12 weeks over still I haven’t received my boot, I tried to mail them more than 10 times but nobody answered my messages, even I tried to contact through instagram but there is also I didn’t get any response, now I came to know that I have been scammed by this website, I had read the reviews in trustpilot before I purchased inspite of bad reviews I placed the order, it was my big mistake, now I’m regretting, I lost my money, I would recommend to all the people do not buy any product from this cheep website, they are a money laundering website, they steal our money 😡😡😡

Do not buy From The First Enzo boot.
Leather is of lower quality somewhat like cheap Chinese leather. The soles of these are badly produced and wear down very very quickly. But the worst thing is how cheap the harness metal ring is…… it’s even got a slit in the middle when really it should be a top quality heavy duty metal… how do I know all this?! I HAVE THEM !!!!

Avoid this guy. Ordered a pair of boots with a 12 week lead time back in September. Chased up with no response end of November. After reading countless bad reviews on Trustpilot got my money refunded as never expected to ever receive. The self same pair of boots on his Black Friday promotion have a 10 week lead time on. It was 12 weeks back in September. Takes your money and hopes you ‘forget’ what you bought.

buyer from germany here - would give 0 stars if i had to. they made me a personal discount code as i had missed the summer sale window, bought a pair of boots which did not arrive after the 12 week window (bought july 29, 2025). ghosted when trying to contact via email or instagram. ultimately had to chargeback via my bank, but now i have my money back. think they used to be legit but they're just scammers now, i don't know how they're even still running at this point with all these negative experiences.

Great design, polished look. The only thing is the bottom of the boots get ripped through shreds so easily ;c. But other then that one of my favorite boot brands.

I've bought a few pairs of boots from FROMTHEFIRST, all are of exceptional quality - I always make sure to recommend them to friends who are looking for this style of boot.

Absolutely atrocious. Product never arrived. NO communication at all from their customer service team despite numerous attempts on my part. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing - it seems as though everyone has issues with them. I don't expect them to be trading much longer - you can't run a business where EVERY customer is having to initiate chargebacks through their credit cards. Go to Story Et Fall for a far better experience.
UPDATE: I received this message this morning: ‘You’ve written a review for FROMTHEFIRST, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.’
I am completely dumbfounded that they’ve found the time to question my review, yet haven’t found the time to answer queries in relation to my order. An absolute joke.

Used to be legit, just straight up a scam now. Took my money and never even got an order confirmation. Literally tried to email, fb message, ig message. Don’t waste ur time with this company

Scam - Do not order unless you want to waste time charging back with your credit card provider

Ordered boots back in May that were supposed to ship within 12 weeks. Sent many emails and Instagram messages and received radio silence. However they are active on social media as they have time to post, push ads and delete my comments inquiring about my order.

The worst part is, I've bought a pair of their boots second hand on Grailed and they were lovely.

I urge anyone reading this not to buy from this site. I never received any shoes despite being charged. Ordered a pair of Dante in May '25. No updates despite trying to reach Joshua Klein through email and social media for months (I've had multiple comments ignored or deleted). Since then this site has been taken off of Shopify. Tried to leave an honest review on the site and that got blocked too. I've basically just had £650 stolen from me.

If anyone has made an unfulfilled purchase from Fromthefirst.com I recommend that you request a chargeback on the transaction from your credit/debit card provider.
