Excellent service

We’ve enjoyed our optimum 9400 for over 10 years, so much so that we wore out the seals. We were glad we could easily get a new jug, compatible with an old base.

It is the most used appliance in my house! I love it!

The food processor didn't meet my expectations. The boul was light plastic, I don't remember if it even was PBA free. The feeding tube was very narrow, unprocessed food was stuck under the blade. Generally, cheap materials, light base.

Bei meinem Mixer gab es ein Problem mit einer kaputten Dichtung. Der Email Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice lief reibungslos und in einem freundlichen Ton ab. Ein Ersatzteil ist auf dem Weg zu mir. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass das Team so lösungsorientiert arbeitet. Danke

It arrived in good time. Disappointed with the recipes, they don't turn out well, e.g 400g of white rice doesn't steam properly, 1 cup would do better. It's very loud, especially having to have it on level 1 for hours when slow cooking. The results are a soupy, baby food texture not pleasant at all. My old crock pot was silent and kept the nice texture of the meat and vegetables in the dish. I'm still persevering though wish it had been a better replacement for the rice cooker and slow cooking, bolognese sauce and chilli con carne etc.

I got my TC Pro 3 2 weeks ago. I have been so excited and used it everyday, experimenting with all the functions and loved it! Until one day the light just didnt come on the screen was black! Froothie have been so great with their customer care and support and are replacing the base for me. It has been a very positive reasuring experience dispite the misfortune of a faulty machine. Thanks Froothie, you rock!

Happy with the new blender. We have a vitamix, but wanted a second one for beach house without spending too much money. This machine hasn't disappointed!!

Es geht nicht um den Service und nicht darum, ob man freundlich behandelt wird - das ist ja alles mehr als gut. Es geht um das Produkt, also diesen Slow Juicer Optimum 600 M.
Die Saftschale ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, und der Fehler wäre leicht behebbar. Ich kann hier leider keine Fotos anhängen. Also in Worten: unten in der Saftschale ist ein Ringkanal, wo der Saft vom Trester getrennt wird. Der ist bei meinem Gerät eingebrochen. Also ein etwas 3cm breites Stück fehlt - heißt natürlich, dass der Abfall (es geht um Ingwer) voller Saft ist und der Saft voller Abfall. Nun bin ich selbst Entwicklngs-Ingenieur und habe beruflich den Zugriff auf einen 3d-Drucker. Also konnte ich einen Ring drucken, der genau die Bruchstelle repräsentiert, und nach innen einen Ring darstellt - Platz war je reichlich vorhanden. Und das ist eben der Unsinn an der Konstruktion: Natürlich entsteht unterhalb der Spindel ein enormer Druck, der ja den Saft nach innen presst, und gleichzeitig den Trester nach außen abführt. Aber WARUM ist die Wandstärke von der Trennungswand so gering ? Weil es kaputt gehen SOLL ?? Natürlich kann man an einem Spritzguss-Plastikteil schlecht etwas flicken. Auch der Ring, den ich gedruckt habe, ist nur ein Behelf, und der Trester wird nicht abgeführt - vermutlich ist der gedruckte Ring zu stumpf, aber dass er überhaupt dort Platz findet neben der Gummi-Transportlippe unter der Spindel ist schon merkwürdig. Gerne schick' ich euch die 3d-Daten des Ringes. Man müsste ja aus der Spritzgussform nur ein paar Kubikmillimeter rausfräsen - dann kommt es künftig nicht mehr zu diesem Bruch. Ich würde eh empfehlen, diesen stark belasteten Bereich mit einer polierten Stahlmanschette zu versehen, die der Saftschale aufgepresst wird, und die Abführöffnung vergrößern.
Das Getriebe (85€ plus Versand) könnte auch robuster sein - das habe ich ja auch ausgetauscht, nachdem zunächst ein Knacken vernehmbar war und später die Welle taumelte. Vermutlich hätte ein neues Kugellager oder Nadellager es auch getan - also diese Hinweise, weil ihr sicher Testsieger bleiben wollt - es ist keine Kritik, sondern eine nett gemeinte Info.

Been working with Optimum Pro2 in work kitchen and absolutely love it. Bought the Optimum Pro 3 for myself. love doing last minute cupcake, any dessert are fast. Baby food? consider done, cooking nice tomato sauce for dishes meanwhile doing your laundry? easy peasy! The Froothie Team is fast replying to you, so you won’t stay in a fog. The only thing is now…. can you’re dessert got the chance to cool down before they disappear?
