Amazing honest service, would deffinatly recommend FruitGeek for all my IT issues.

I had my mac serviced with Fruit Geek, who are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a new battery that subsequently had issues. Fruit Geek replaced the battery without question. Highly recommended and COVID safe.

Have used fruit geek several times now and very happy with both the quality of service and the work done. Communication is always clear and courteous. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fruit Greek went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me get my laptop fixed after tipping a glass of drink over it...During the Christmas break....Not only repairing it, but managing to save all of my work in the process - Life savers!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Problem fixed by Apple but all dealt with by Fruit Geek taking the stress away from us getting the matter resolved as it was actually out of warranty so James dealt with them on our behalf. One happy daughter. Thanks James

Fantastic service provided by the team at Fruit Geek.
They take time to fully explain all options and implications, including recommending retiring kit that is beyond it's natural life, rather than just taking the money.
Will certainly use them again if required.

Fantastic and affordable Apple repairs. Excellent service I would definitely highly recommend. I took my iMac in following a couple of years of Apple's denial that there is any hard drive fault despite the fact that it was painfully slow since I got it. James was brilliant and following diagnostics replaced the hard drive resolving the problem entirely.

I'll never go back to Apple if I have an issue with my Macs again!

Contacted Fruit Geek with a iMac that wouldn't start, have had Apple refuse to look at it before (as it had a hairline crack on the screen) without completely replacing the screen which was going to cost well over £1k!

James took my iMac in, and took a look although was very honest in saying the crack could get worse. A few days later I had confirmation that my hard drive had indeed died and I needed a new one. He walked me through the options and we chose an option that was suitable for what I use the iMac for - and I didn't feel pressure to get something I didn't need. Due to his initial honesty I went forward with the work as trusted his intentions.

A few days later I got the news that James had managed to replace my hard drive without making the crack worse! The total price was a fraction of what I would have paid at Apple, and the customer service is just as good.

Kept up to date, great price & a local business.

Keep up the great work, will be recommending you to friends & family.
