Voilà maintenant 10 jours que mon retrait est en attente et toujours aucune avancée.
Un service client qui font des copier-coller de réponse juste pour conclure qu'il y a un retard et qu'il ne faut pas s'inquiéter.
Je ne parlerai pas non plus de l'offre alléchante de bonus à l'inscription qui n'est jamais crédité.
Edit : le 17/09 toujours aucun virement effectué. Plusieurs tentatives échouées soi-disant à cause des méthodes de virement sélectionnées qu'ils m'avaient eux-mêmes conseillé.

I spent 45€ on one of there games this evening and it played me down to 0€. Not a cent did I win. Last night I had spent about 50€, I had built my stash on the game game, just as I was about to win, the game said technical difficulties and kicked me out. I contacted customer support and I have been ignored. I'm finished with this shower, be advised to do the same.

Il peggior sito scommesse che abbia mai visto,oltre al fatto che non paga, il servizio clienti é scarsissimo, sto aspettando da almeno 20 giorni i miei due prelievi e nessuno di loro sa darmi una motivazione sul perché ancora non mi sia arrivato niente, ricevo solo risposte da bot artificiali automatici, una vera e propria truffa.

It's day 9 and I'm still waiting for my money. Every day I write to customer support and it's still the same: the money will be paid soon.
1. Fraudulent bets - changing match times that are not current. They update the time after the bet (you have to check the matches before you bet if the match time is correct)
2. You win a bonus or a challenge you complete. The bonus will not be paid and customer support will say it has already been paid. It wasn't!
3. Customer support keeps writing the same sentences! It's probably an AI robot.
4. And many more. Worst betting company I've experienced.
I don't recommend! Unless you want to lose money.
