I order from Temu quite often and an used to the shipping times from asia. The product arrived within two weeks. I was fine with the shipping info. Is this the actual product? The color is right but the texture is completely different from the product bought from the home site. We will see.

They ship damaged goods!

I ordered a grass seating kit. It took weeks to get to me, and when it finally arrived, everything was taken out of its original box and disassembled and forcefully shoved into a smaller box, causing all of its contents to explode. When I asked for a refund, they refuse to give one. They told me to ship the damaged Garbage back across the world to China at my own expense and maybe I can get a refund. My advice would be to stay as far away as possible from this scam company

Non-delivery

Fruugo said my order would be here by yesterday at the latest. It wasn't. When I tried to contact Fruugo, filling out a form to enquire a message appeared that the time for delivery had not yet passed (which was incorrect). There is no other way of contacting them.
