Min order high, shipping too high, orders take too long
Minimum amount to avoid shipping is too high. Also shipping costs are way too high to pay especially when the deliveries take way too long. I will unfortunately be finding an alternative to order from.

To provide some context, we currently absorb and manage all applicable tariffs on behalf of our customers. Unfortunately, these tariffs are significant and have increased substantially, which is why we recently had to adjust our shipping fees by $50. This allows us to continue handling these costs upfront rather than passing unpredictable charges on at delivery.
We also sincerely apologize for the recent shipping delays. During the holiday period, our warehouses do experience scheduled closures, and courier networks are typically slower than usual, which can impact transit times. That said, we understand this does not lessen the inconvenience, and we’re actively working to improve turnaround times wherever possible.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to help resolve this for you. Please reach out to your account manager directly so we can review your ordering patterns, shipping options, and see if there’s a more cost-effective or efficient solution moving forward.
