My experience with Felecia Guo was fantastic - she us unbelievably helpful. My experience trying to pay was terrible. I wished to make a business purchase, but when I entered the company name and VAT number for both the delivery recipient and the billing company, both times your website said the VAT numbers and company name didn't match. I do the VAT returns for these companies - I am 150% sure of both the company names and the VAT numbers. I think you have a bug in your system. Eventually, I had to process the purchase as a personal transaction - not ideal when it comes to filing our accounts!
But Felecia was super!!!

Prompt delivery and when an item was on back order, they offered another great solution. Barbara Tian was excellent.

All the cables came individually packed and well protected. Delivered as fast as Amazon. All of the individually packed plastic sleeves were easy to open and clean, unlike buying from other places. Premium quality feel and cables are professionally made.

Shipping speed was amazing. All the items were instock and shipped out quickly.

Penny reached out with an introduction, and I was able to share a request with her that made it easy to connect with FS. She promised to provide the FedEx tracking number as soon as she received it, which she did, and it was very helpful in coordinating the delivery.

Good support, for our SFP's

Well we have several companies and all of them used fs.com hardware. When we started changing from Nokia and fs devices to Juniper, we ordered firmware coders from fs.com to change the firmware on the fs.com fsp's we were using. However, if you put firmware on a device from fs that was not ordered with the same account, the device allowed it and then bricks. So if we wanted to use these we needed to figure out which company ordered the fsp's form fs buy a programmer under that account and hope you don't use the wrong one. Long story sort, we have 6 firmware devices from fs that are bricked. 40 100Gib switches we crapped along with 4000 fsp's. O and did I mention that there are a number of faults in their switches making them stall, and need a reboot.

Received the very expensive PIAA 97045 Si-Tech wipers for my '86 Mercury Grand Marquis. Went to install them and had extreme difficulty with both. After the adapters both BROKE, it became obvious that these in no way would fit the pin style wiper arm on this vehicle. Packages both showed signs of being open at some point, so I suspect, but cannot prove, that these adapters were swapped by someone prior to my receiving them. Didn't bother to try and return them with a 20% restocking fee and the fact that they both broke upon installation. Wanted to leave a review on their website, but there's no way to! I suspect you need a link sent by them in order to do so. That's frustrating. Just for reference, I'm 52 years old and have been installing wipers since the first pair in my grandfather's shop 42 years ago, then decades later opened my own shop that I ran for 14 years, so this is NOT installation error. The adapters were in no way going to fit in hindsight. What a friggin waste of $70!!

I ordered a couple of lc/lc jumpers, 8M which is kind of an odd length not commonly used by my company. ordering was easy, shipping was fast, jumpers scoped perfectly! I'm pretty impressed with these guys.
