Fast and Inexpensive for Fibre Equipment
Easy ordering, prompt delivery everything worked as expected. They even followed up to make sure that what I was ordering was appropriate for my needs. Only minor downside is that my Netgear switches dont reliably report the diagnostic data from the BiDi Gbit SFPs I ordered as Netgear compatible - I don't know whether that is an issue with the SFP config or the switches.

Tap tap pessima funzione, direi quasi una truffa. Timbra l'entrata ma non l'uscita, non da scontrino né info dettagliate solo prelevare soldi sul conto corrente di tutta la tratta. Non ci sono moduli idonei per il reclamo. Pessimo servizio sempre a carico del viaggiatore.

Leider hat Google meine Rezession am 19.12.2024 gelöscht, da FS Trading eine Beschwerde wegen Verleumdung eingereicht hat. Mir zeigt das, dass anscheinend negative Bewertungen entfernt werden und somit die Ìberwiegend positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen, da es einem nicht ermöglicht wird, auch negative Erfahrungen mit anderen KÀufern zu teilen, die es aber anscheinend zur GenÌge gibt. Wenn aber jeder negative Eintrag gelöscht wird, gehe ich als KÀufer davon aus, ebenfalls sehr gute Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen zu machen und habe auch aus diesem Grund ein Handy bei FS Trading erworben.
Anbei meine Google Rezession, die aber leider, wie bereits erwÀhnt, am 19.12.2024 gelöscht wurde.
Ich habe im November 2023 bei FS-Trading ein gebrauchtes erneuertes Handy gekauft, welches in einem hervorragendem Zustand sein sollte. Optisch machte es einen einwandfreien Eindruck, aber leider hat es von Anfang an technische Probleme aufgewiesen, was ich Herrn FlÌgel auch mitteilte. Immer wieder bat er mich darum, den Akku völlig zu entleeren und wieder auf 100% aufzuladen. Dies tat ich mindestens 20x, aber am Zustand des Handys tat sich nichts.
Es fuhr stÀndig herunter, lieà sich nicht mehr hochfahren, stÀndig hing es fest und der Akku hielt lediglich fÌr kurze Zeit.
Also bat ich darum, dass Handy zur Kontrolle und eventueller Reparatur einschicken zu dÌrfen, was ich dann auch auf meine Kosten tat. Einige Tage spÀter erhielt ich eine Mail und Fotos, dass das Handy angekommen ist, aber ein beschÀdigtes Display, Kratzer und sogar eine Schlagstelle aufwies.
Diese SchÀden hatte das Handy, welches ich mit einem Displayschutz und einer SchutzhÌlle versehen hatte und ebenfalls in einem tadellosen Zustand an Herrn FlÌgel zurÌckgesendet habe, in meinem Besitz nicht.
Dadurch das das Handy nun optisch schadhaft war, wollte er mir nicht den gesamten Kaufpreis zurÌckerstatten, sondern einen Teilbetrag. Auch wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das Handy nicht innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist zurÌckgesendet habe, was darauf zurÌckzufÌhren ist, dass ich darum gebeten wurde, immer wieder den Akku zu skalieren und zu hoffen, dass es etwas bringt. Dadurch ist fÌr mich wertvolle Zeit verstrichen. Aber wahrscheinlich hÀtte ich auch in der Zeit in der ein Widerruf noch möglich gewesen wÀre, Fotos eines plötzlich optisch beschÀdigten Handys erhalten.
Ich kann nicht beurteilen ob es eine Masche dieser Firma ist, aber mittlerweile habe ich zu viele Berichte von Leuten gelesen, denen es Àhnlich geht, das man fast davon ausgehen könnte.
Lieber Herr FlÃŒgel, ich denke das Sie das hier lesen.
Ich warte noch immer auf die 3,79⬠fÌr die Retour die mir eigentlich zugesichert wurden, genau wie auf die RÌckerstattung des Gesamtbetrages, denn wie bereits erwÀhnt, hat das retournierte Handy meine vier WÀnde in einem einwandfreiem Zustand verlassen (bis auf den technischen Fehler, den es schon bei der Ankunft bei mir aufwies) und ich lasse es nicht auf mir sitzen mir unterstellen zu lassen, ich hÀtte dem Handy die von Ihnen aufgezÀhlten SchÀden zugefÌgt.

When you call they don't answer and it goes to "Josh" voicemail. which is FULL and you cannot leave a message. Unprofessional at best. Scammers at worst.
