I had a great experience with this car seller. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The seller was professional, honest, and very helpful, answering all my questions and providing full information about the car. The vehicle was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and fairly priced. I really appreciated the friendly attitude and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking to buy a car.

After having a lot of issues with my previous car, myself and my husband came to free spirit to look for a new one. From start to finish Mark was amazing, I’m extremely heavily pregnant and stressing over a car was the last thing I needed so I was so pleased go be able to find the perfect car and within two weeks bring it home. We will continue to use free spirit for MOT’s, services and buying new cars in the future.

Mark was very easy going no pressure, was always on hand if we had any questions.
Very open about paint protection and servicing costs, and we felt happy to take up both.

I saw a BMW X1 advertised on the auto trader website and after a quick call we arranged to view the car. From the initial enquiry to the viewing and purchase we were treated well. A part ex figure was agreed and we arranged to pick the car up following a new MOT and service. On collection we were informed that the front pads and discs had been renewed as they were getting low even though the car had sailed through the MOT. There was no sales pressure from Mark at any time. I would strongly recommend Free Spirit to anyone and would return if we change the car again. The car is everything we wished for and I highly recommend the guys.
