We recently purchased our second car from Free Spirt, what can I say absolutely fantastic service from start to finish same as when we bought our first car.
All finance sorted prior to us collecting, private plate all taken care of, new car serviced new MOT and very clean. Mark even filled the tank for us, to save us from doing it so we could drive straight back to South Wales.
Absolutely nothing for us to do.
Mark is a total pleasure to deal with, whatever you ask of him he does exceptionally well.
We will definitely be contacting Mark again in the future when we decide the time is right for us to change.
We won't be buying a car from anyone else.
Free Spirt and Mark get 5☆ only because there's no higher ☆ to give.

Cannot fault! Customer service was a 10/10. I'm very impressed as to vehicle condition. It's my 3rd vehicle buying & I've never felt this satisfied where I don't have to worry about vehicle condition.

Paid a deposit of £250 on a car but later changed my mind and chose to not go ahead with sale. They have agreed to give me a full refund out of good gesture even though it clearly states in Terms and Conditions that deposit is not refundable. Thank you so much

Excellent service from Mark , dealt with everything from start to finish , couldn’t have asked for better service . There was no pressure to buy which is a refreshing change . Highly recommended and will defiantly go back to them when we want another car .

Your company had not been helpful at all, you merely did as you should as a company to look at a car sold to a customer that showed a fault. You demonstrated a bad attitude and made out like I was fabricating the fault. Turns out today 11/3/22 Mercedes Benz has confirmed the leak that your cowboy
Company could not find ironically. So with all due respect it was there all all along! Again avoid these people.
Your review also avoided the obvious, you gave me a courtesy car yes, standard practice ! It still had not MOT pretty illegal I would say!
Also there yes you fuelled my car as you drove it! Rocking up miles from one of your sales men to check a smell. He was not even a mechanic! Sure he had a lovely time in his 80 mile journey!
So now we conclude on your last comment! Myself and your member of staff mark did not send mutual messages of any sort. Evidence I have to share on trust pilot should you wish. We spoke of The car only before he decided to exchange his thoughts on my body and his sex life ! Disgusting and should be banned from working with the general public, however I have this under investigation so no fear all will come out in the wash.

This was our first experience with Free Spirit Automotive, which turned out to be a good one. I was looking for vehicle for my daughter a specific make and model, Free Spirit had the right one, from the initial test drive to the negotiations on some redial work, Mark and the team were helpful and professional on all occasions, we live some distance away and were grateful for the delivery service provided by Sam, who managed this on a Sunday morning to the delight of my daughter, would I buy another vehicle from Free Spirit, definitely, thanks again

Have just bought our third car from Free Spirit and Mark completed a complicated situation so quickly and simply for us.
With my car being written of in an accident and having a personalised plate on it we were having difficulties contacting DVLA.

Mark took over the whole situation and we had our new car with personalised on it and refund for the remaining car tax.

I sold my car today to Free Spirit Automotive via Motorway. The whole process was amazingly straightforward. I cannot praise Free Spirit highly enough. Both Jamie and Sam are true professionals and it was a pleasure to ‘do business’ with them. Sam inspected the car thoroughly and was very fair (and pleasant) throughout. I would happily sell my next car through them and highly recommend the company. I rarely give 5 stars but in this case it was justly deserved. It was a genuine and trustworthy transaction. This company reached out to me through motorway.co.uk. They wanted to buy the car I had listed for sale and we agreed a price. The process was simple, Sam rang and arranged a time to come and inspect and purchase the car. We agreed on a location and time and text in the lead up to the date to confirm everything was still going ahead as plan. Sam was very approachable and rang to explain what the process will be on the day and what to expect. He reassured me neither of us would leave until we are both 100% comfortable and this made me feel at ease as it wasn’t just a quick sell and leave. Jamie asked for some evidence documents via email and I sent these with a confirmation then received that all had been received.

I would definitely use free spirits to sell my car in the future. They are a good run company and hold a lot of respect for their customers whether that’s them buying or selling. They even travel nationwide to collect the vehicle. They are based in Bedfordshire and came to Manchester to collect at a location that suited me.

100% would recommend!
