Neale and Emma are both fantastic. Neale helped with what we need to do and what would make our process easier to maximise what mortgage we could get and helped us every step of the way including bulidings and life insurance.
Emma was always on hand to answer any questions we had along the way. Would 100% recommend to any anyone looking for advice or looking to get a mortgage. Their customer service is brilliant. Thank you both for all your help.

This is the second time I’ve use Precision Mortgage Solutions, (that alone should say it all). The first time Debbie found me the right product but my plans had to change. This time she has sourced a mortgage for me despite being past retirement age as a very good rate considering the upheaval in the mortgage market. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services. Give her a call, you have nothing to lose & maybe everything to gain ! You know it makes sense 😊.

Just used Precise Mortgage Solutions for the sale and purchase of our new home and found Neale to be really helpful, thorough and dedicated. Being new to some of the processes involved in buying as a couple and as part of a chain, Neale took the extra time and care to make sure we had the best deal for the mortgage (given the early repayment fees), the life insurance policy so much so that we also organised our house insurance with Precise also. Neale worked hard to make sure that any issues that were likely to crop up were dealt with well in advance and he was quick to respond if we had any questions or needed some advice.

I first met Neale in 2008 when I was looking for my first mortgage and I have never looked back.

Neale has been absolutely wonderful throughout, he always takes the time to ensure that l I am aware of the different options available to make an informed decision. I trust him completely and know that he will do what he can to ensure I get the best deal.
