I bought this overpriced for the quality of craftsmanship trailer 3 horse bumper pull, the window frames fills with water, the divider latches are Flimsy junk that, pop open on my horses half the time i tow it,took it in once to get fixed and still isn't right, @ time of purchase I added a rear ramp not a cheap upgrade was told would be 6 weeks or less and over two months later I call again to check say it's finished awaiting shipment then I can back two weeks later and am told it's on back order or something. I would of thought the cost and the name featherlite meant I was purchasing a supior product and the customer service that would come with purchasing a premier product.

I ordered trailer in December and did not get it until May after several promised delivery dates missed with poor excuses. The gvw rating was wrong and it took a month to get it corrected. And finally there was a 3" crease in the nose that was overlooked because of the bugs that's were not cleaned off. Have asked for some remedy but have not received a response yet.

Excellent materials of construction and build quality. I've owned a dozen trailers and the 3110 is the best trailer I've owned.

Very pleased with trailer. Good construction, easy to hookup. Looking forward to doing a lot of trailering this summer.

Purchased the 3110 Skid-loader package with power tilt and additional electric jack. Best trailer EVER. Extreme quality build, lightweight and tilt bed makes this multi-purpose trailer the best choice ever.

The trailer is wonderful. The customer service not so much. Major problem with the salesman not following up on the titlework. I was unable to get a trailer license plate and could not drive the trailer from 5/6 - 5/28. I was given temporary tag which expired on 5/6. I went to the DMV three times and they said I needed a memorandum of title == so I asked the salesman for this -- numerous times -- and never received it. Did not receive follow up calls either just emails saying it wasn't Featherlite's fault, it was the lender's fault. After I called the lender, the title had been filled out incorrectly. I feel the salesman should have followed up with me personally. By the way I purchased the trailer in March!

Trailer quality is unsurpassed. The dealer network will differ greatly in terms of available on site service. My dealer had no service support at all. Wound up not a problem.

Everything a bout the trailer is great. I do think the escape door should have the option to open from inside and out otherwise great

I love my new trailer. It is absolutely beautiful and so safe for my horses.

I purchased the 3182-18' car hauler. The dealer, Harrison Ford in Ohio was terrific. They treated me well and went over everything on the trailer before I left the lot. The trailer is well built and very smooth on the road. I hauled two full size quads to West Virginia and then back to PA, pulled well, no swaying, smooth. I would recommend.

I'm very disappointed in my new 4 horse bumper pull. Lots of problems and some very poor planning on this trailer. Normal day to day usage results in damage to trailer. You only find out about it after it happens. Like dented doors if it opens to far, dents happen to the slanted panels if they are opened while the windows is open. Terrible. Plus all the windows were full of water and the stall panels don't stay open, right from the dealer. Now I have to take this brand-new trailer and leave it at the dealer for a week because they are too busy to fix it.

One might think if you spend 100,000.00 on a trailer that you wouldn't have to fix an electrical​ problem right away or deal with a water line that had a hole in it or have to re caulk the shower so it doesn't leak water on the floor when it is used. But besides that great trailer

So far so good. Trailer seems to be excellent quality and the dealership was great to work with.

Very good trailer and bob at arnett trailer really give me a good deal and was very good to us and he really appreciate our business. He has called back to see if we was satisfied. Featherlite trailer are light and made really well.

Excellent product, supplier very knowledgeable, ideal unit for my purposes of hauling my vehicles to the track or events

Horse trailer had many many sharp edges on stall dividers and partition wall
Could not put horses in trailer for fear of serious cuts or injury
Spoke to dealer and they had no solution

The dealer over greased the wheel bearings and one of the hubs came off.

Glad I bought one of the best. Expensive, yes, but buy right and buy once, and enjoy trouble free trailering.
