I paid £250 plus for my premium cover for a KIA SPORTAGE in February 2026. I brought the cover to Morocco where I live. It is now August 2026. The cover fits like a sack (size B) no mirror pockets and it now leaks and let's the Sahara dust and rain through onto the car they have agreed a replacement but I will shop elsewhere the cover is not upto withstanding the hot sun or rain BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY

Well I ordered a premium maloo cover on 26th April 2026 online . Couple of days they said .
After a month I emailed and asked what the story was . Out of stock got told another month. WTF!!! . We'll its been a month and of course no communication. Rang them today just to be told delivery won't be until 8th of July.
3 months is a big no . You take the order promise delivery knowing that you haven't got the product and then lie about when its available.
Enough is enough . Just canceled.
Not a way to run a business

arrived 1 day later then I had paid an extra $24 for but still in good time

Cover arrived but does not fit correctly
Took photos but it was raining that day and was using it
This was the cover for my Harley as chosen from website
Because I was using it they said it was soiled....provided £40 refund and kindly said I can keep it 😆
Not much good if it don't fit!
Communication was good but poor conclusion.
Quality is good.

I ordered and paid via PayPal for an item, I asked after a week why I had no dispatch information, to be told the payment was pending from PayPal, after looking at the order I decided to cancel it. They now say they had not received payment, even though it has left my account. Do not use this company, they are the worst company to order from, and can’t even help people resolve a simple problem.

I received my pkg in record time. 2 days early in fact. My Harley Ultra Limited Premium Cover is very nice and fit perfectly, however it did not have the antenna holes I thought were in the cover. Other than that, I'm very happy with the cover.

Was told prior to buying via chat that my v100 mandello cover would accommodate my wing mirrors.
Have found it is very tight across the mirrors
Informed CCF who then replaced immediately with a larger size…..so good customer service
Quality looks good
Recommend checking dimensions before ordering

I always have concerns when purchasing online for the first time with a company. I have been burned a few times. Lucky for me I found an outstanding company in yours. You kept me updated on when the package would be sent and when to expect its arrival. It is a gift for my daughter. I’ll let you know how she likes it.

Haven't received order yet and can't access website until I rate you. And site doesn't have a place.to sent this that I have seen yet.

Cover does not fit my car. Material for a black satinis way too heavy and clumsy to use.

Considering the massive holdups with the extreme weather events, the Cart Cover was delivered yesterday by local delivery
