Business beware
As a small business owner do not do business with Featherlite.
They order from you and do not pay. Do not support a company like this. Im disgusted in the way the treat there vendors.
Example of the big company sticking it to the small business.

The only drawback is that friends would rather borrow my Featherlite than use their own trailers.

100% satisfied with my 24' 4926! Shopped and looked thoroughly at Sundowner and ATC as well. No comparison to workmanship, quality, fit and finish of featherlite. Absolutely second to none!

These are the best and most durable trailers on the market by far just look at their construction and you can see there is no other trailer on the market that comes close.

The trailer pulls great but attention to details from the factory is poor. Trailer arrived with no keys took over a month to to have them shipped to me when they arrived keys were wrong took another 3 weeks to get the right KEY only sent me one. Plastic cover over hyd pump for the jack was only Held on by Velcro blew off second trip I made,took another 5 weeks to get a new cover which came with no Velcro or screws to attach it. One of the drop down windows in the horse area doesn’t work properly you have to manually insert it in the slots or horse just pushes it out and sticks it head outside. Another drop down window would not close after it was put down the first time frame was bent I had to repair it to close it. The rubber door handle on the tack door also blew off about the fourth or fifth trip never have got a new one. So far problems have been small but not what I expected when buying a premium trailer hope it’s not an indication of what’s to come

Excellent product. Construction quality is outstanding, and the optional features added are all high quality and well installed. The customer service at Sportchassis/ Featherlite Trailers of Texas was excellent. Glenn knows his product very well, did a great job walking me through the ordering process, listened carefully and answered my questions, and provided thoughtful and very useful advice when needed. Overall a great experience, and after 4 months of use I am very happy with the trailer.

Honestly, I looked at more trailers than I care to count. I'm also an engineer (insert your favorite joke here) so how it's made is more important than what it looks like. I couldn't find a better trailer at any price, and the ones that I looked at that were less expensive had glaring deficiencies that the Featherlite didn't have. I had several "non factory" options added to it by the dealer, and a few that the dealer couldn't do added since. I have to say that I have what I'd now consider a perfect trailer for what I want to do, and even though it was expensive (and I had to go several states away to find a dealer who would discount the trailer), I couldn't be happier. It trails absolutely straight and quietly, doesn't track badly, follows the tow vehicle even on terribly rutted or pot holed roads, and nothing falls off or rattles around.

I would also recommend my dealer, Mouser Steel in Patton, MO. Angie was fabulous to deal with, sent pictures, asked the right questions (to make sure I was buying the right trailer with the right accessories installed to do what I needed), and made sure that when I arrived to pick up the trailer (from over 600 miles away) that everything was right, in perfect order, and I was in and out in very little time. She even recommended a good nearby motel and a pretty good restaurant. This is one of the very few things I've bought that I can honestly say I would't change a thing, not the product nor the dealer.

8 ft. wide 2 horse trailer ordered in April but didn't get here until June. Then I realized that the horse divider is too long to leave open and be able to shut the door. My agent has said that Featherlike will send a telescoping divider for $1,000.00+. Why should I have to pay $1,000.00+ to rectify the design flaw. A telescoping divider should have been in the trailer when I bought it. This trailer was new - $18,500.00 - and I really don't think I should have to pay for an additional divider that will work in this trailer. Robin Holm Sisters, Oregon

Nicest car trailer I have ever owned. This is my third car trailer in my lifetime. Great quality. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Loaded 24' 3110 through the Colorado Rockies, Grossing over 10k pulled like a dream. Ramps set tight loading and unloading. Interstate highway speeds no problem..............Very nice piece of equipment.

Have been towing race cars, motorcycles, ATV's most of my long life.
This little 1693 just made a carefree 3200 mile trip from Mesa AZ to Seattle, WA . This 1693 makes a fantastic Motorcycle and Motorcycle/Sidecar hauler.

Not happy at all!!
The dealership we got it was from rude and arrogant. Maybe some extra detail to planning and laying out the living quarters would be great. We bought ours brand new and here are some but not all the issues:
We found that its not user friendly. The kitchen cabinet above the sink on an angle limits your use of space because no one can reach back that far on that angle. With that angle you reach to wash dishes and you hit your head on the cabinet because the location of both the cabinet and the sink to far out/in.
The towel hanger right above the mirror is silly, it blocks use of the mirror. It needs to be relocated.
The sink in the bathroom is so far back you literally have to bend down, turn your head to a 90 degree angle sneak your head slowly under the cabinet so you don't spit all over yourself or the floor. The sink is so far back it's almost impossible to be used. The hot water tank didn't work as well as the air conditioning was broke. Issues with it staying on Heat Electric as well.

Satisfied to date, great trailer

Awesome trailer, very well put together, and very light, thus far, no issues, always wanted a Featherlight, you won’t be disappointed
