I hired fuel my brand 2 years ago and they did a great job. So good that I sent a lot of my friends to them and hired them for my most recent project. That was a mistake! After getting my initial designs I sent them an email stating that they had nothing to do with my business and they did not follow my design ideas/guidelines. I got an email back the next day saying they will redesign them but then I will waive my right to a refund so I told them to go ahead and refund my money since I had doubts that they can design what I am looking for based off the designs they already sent me. I got another email stating that will are keeping 30% of my money because of the work they did. The website states in several spots that they offer a money back guarantee but that's far from the truth. I opened a dispute through PayPal to get this resolved. I later got another email from them bullying me to close the dispute and they will refund my money. At this point I have had enough of this and just wanted my money back to so I closed the dispute and didn't hear back from them for several days so I sent another email about the refund and when they replied they said the money was refunded several days earlier. After contacting PayPal to see if I had a pending refund we came to the conclusion that fuel my brand lied to me. I sent Fuel My Brand the screenshot of the message I got from PayPal stating there was no pending refund or anything like that. Fuel My Brand never messaged back at the time of me posting this review. If you need a logo designed stay away from this con artist and find a company that values their work and has a honest reputation.

I'm satisfied with my work but what I think is that they need to be more efficient with their customer service as I had to wait for days to hear back from them.

The designers fully captured the vision of the logo I had in mind. Several renditions were provided for me to choose from and once I narrowed them down to one, several minor revisions were made in a timely and effective manner. I am extremely pleased with the final version and the whole process was completed in just over a week and the cost was very affordable. I just started the process of having a sign made for my building and the company was very impressed by the logo design and number of formats provided. I would highly recommend FuelMyBrand.

All unique, which felt like I was looking at designs from different graphic artists. I'm very pleased with their logo design service. They did a good job of taking my ideas and translating them into a finished product. They had a quick turn around time for revisions and were very patient with the multiple requests for changes I made. They delivered the finished product in a multitude of formats. Their business card and stationary design was clean and professional. I would absolutely recommend Fuel My Brand. They offer a premium service and results for a price that even a small business owner can afford.

I've done two logo updates/cleanups. Both were done in a very timely manner. We did have a rush job (maybe unreasonably rush) on some business cards that we had to cancel. They over-promised and were not able to deliver on that over-promise. Would be better to under-promise.

I would of wanted more direct contact. Its usually all done through emails. I rather speak to someone in person that is the only reason I am rating 4 starz, besides that good work!

These folks are old bunch of fellows which i usually trust when it comes to logo design, stationery and other related work. They've never failed me. What i like best about them is the attention to details which is what i value most. They've got a professional and committed team of designers which is one of the best outsourcing assets that advertising firms like us can rely on!!

I'll be honest; I was a little skeptical at first. Designing a logo seems to be a daunting task with a live person so I did not have very high expectations for the virtual experience but after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a go. The outcome was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. I will recommend Fuelmybrand to others. Thanks!

FuelMyBrand was excellent. I looked at many options for a logo design and chose them based on price. I was not looking for cheapest, but one that outlined what I would get for the cost I was paying. They seemed to be the most reasonable for our budget. I was nervous about the process and not having someone to talk to on the phone or in person, but they did a great job and the turn around was awesome!

This happened fairly quickly and met my needs.

From start to finish these folks listened to what I wanted while suggesting ideas which eventually balanced out to producing the logo branding I desired for my new company, "Brokers Realty"! I was very satisfied with their professional service, attention to detail and response time. I would not hesitate to use them again!

They designed a logo for my small business that embodied all the feelings and concepts I wanted to convey. I had minimal input to give them to start with but they helped realize all my thoughts into a beautiful design. They were attentive, fast, and very polite. No hidden charges, al costs were transparent, and the turn around time was always as promised.

after 5 failed attempts to get exactly what we wanted I just picked one close to what we wanted and called it. plain an simple we liked our original logo but wanted it to be cleaned up and better quality to make large banners with. they didn't listen to the request in any way and made us new ones that looked nothing like what we wanted.
