This company operates in a deceptive and untruthful manner in every way. I paid them a lot of money for a website that was full of errors and misspellings. Not only that, but I had to enter each thing myself with no assistance and no clear direction. The next thing they did was convinced me that I had to have a trademark. They charged me $2500 for the trademark to be completed and registered. My trademark was abandoned by them with no notification of what the trademark Office had informed them. I recently had a call from another law firm telling me that my trademark had been abandoned, and that another business entity was trying to file for it. When I returned to Logo Traffic, they generously offered me more erroneous information such as a lifetime warranty on the logo. They were going to charge me another $2000 to facilitate this when in essence they should have done it for free since they never performed. My advice to consumers is to run, run as fast as you can. This is not a reputable company.

Took way longer than promised. Logos were OK but for the cost and hassle and service I do not recommend them.

This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. They take your money and fail to deliver completed projects as promised. Their service is unprofessional, unreliable, and a complete scam. If you value your time and money, stay far away from LOGO TRAFFIC and Projects Management LLC.

We made the mistake of trusting them—don’t let it happen to you. There are far better and more trustworthy companies out there. Consider yourself warned!

They will take your money, make promises, hack your website and tell you that due to recent laws our new government started, you now need this to make your website work. Yes, BEN CLARK told me president TRUMP law now requires that I pay additional for a screen device but he couldn't explain and when I told him this sounds like a scam, he got upset and hung up the phone when asked to be transferred to his manager Scott Harris.

They will go back in and HACK your own website so be careful... then tell you it's someone else that did it just to make you pay thousands of dollars to fix it.

Also, NOTE, this company has been around for numerous years, and they've got their reviews deleted which, is very questionable. They had way more than 1 review before.

Our Company purchased a Professional Logo and Website design and development package. Promised a professional and senior-level, highly experienced design and development team and a guaranteed completion and launch date.

That logos that were presented were laughable, simplistic, and amateurish logo designs that totally ignored our design concept planning documents that we provided to the account and development team>

The website was worse! It was sold as a custom designed and developed, professional website. It wasn't any of these. They used basic templates and again ignored the planning document and details provided to guide the design and development work.

The project was a total and complete failure that missed the deadline by over a month. Each contact to discuss concerns made more promises and assurances that were not kept. Ultimately, they tried to blame us for their repeated failures!

It was really nice working with David Angelo. He's very professional person and always look to provide best service.

The outcome of the e-commerce website developed by Logo Traffic meets all my expectations. A special "thank you" to Brian Finch who exceed in customer service and support my project to the last detail.

This company is a total scam. Pressured me to get a trademark filing which cost me around $1300 and then completely ghosted me afterwards when I’ve tried to get in contact with logo traffic representatives that sold me the trademark on my logo. Beware and stay away.

These guys are a fraud Stayyyyyyyyy awayyyyyyyy, They don't deserve even 1 star, The guy came on signed me and promised 24 hr turnaround, i called several times no communications at all, stay away

Joe Morgan was amazing! I went in with a image in my head and he brought it to life and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would Definitely recommend them.

they took months to deliver my logos, the PM assigned replied my emails after one or two weeks, they were supposed to deliver 19 concepts (GOLD package) but they gave me only 9 at first and took 5 months to get the other 10, I had to escalate to a "manager", who by the the way also took weeks to reply, finally they deliver the logo concepts but at a different quality, they delivered the letterhead, business card and envelope design in a single gif file

They did an excellent job with Logo I am very Satisfied with the logo because it makes it professional.

I had my logo design in mind and drew a rough sketch and they added the desired colors and took it to the level of professionalism. They advertise 24 hour turn around time which is possible if you want a generic Logo but if you want something custom and beautiful this will take your ideas combined with their expertise, and time to revise. I highly suggest that you have your own idea in mind prior to contacting them. I would recommend getting a package with unlimited revisions in case your are a perfectionist and need minor details tweaked. The logo I envisioned and drew is what I got so I am happy! I initially spoke with Ryan J who sold me on the silver package with copyright (make sure you pay to have your logo copyrighted for a lifetime so you have full rights and ownership) and Steve W. was my designer.

Purchased a logo and was very happy with the options presented. The experience was very personable allowing for quick edits. Will definitely use this site again.

Fast and easy communication. But to be honest I was expecting a little more than what I got from them based on the reviews.. and I wasn't like wow with the 10 designs they gave me in the beginning. So I took one star out.

I would not recommend Logo Taffic for a logo design. I wasted a week despite their policy says 24 hour turn around. I highly doubt that designers are local and regardless of what I communicated I never recieved anything I could consider. This process was very frustrating. Strongly recommend you ask for samples before you contract with them. Also recommend that paying upfront is not fair and a deposit should be an option. I wasted my time and money.

I needed a logo for my business... Logo traffic seemed like a good choice .. I got the upgraded package... Social media letterhead logo .. the works... I filled out the basic info and design I was thinking of... Color choices and was sent 10 or so designs... 3 of those were along what I was looking for... I made some suggestions for changes and additions... Only a few of the next set were even within the same line as in the first batch.... Revis it one again... 3 weeks go by... I thought I had missed them in my in box... Nope. Weren't sent... Nadda!!... So I emailed them .. not very nicely expressed my frustration... New designs were sent within a day... Very pleased... Really close now... Just a few little tweeks... And NOTHING.That was last October 2019, it's now April 2020.... I don't even know if they are still in business!!.. 24 hrs line just rings and rings.... No voice mail... Emails don't getreturned... Not answered.. the 24 hr chat not is still active.... Just no response.... WTH PPL...???
