COMPLETELY AVOID this company!!!! I ordered Scooby-Doo slippers in the beginning of January and the stitching stared to come apart on the heel along with holes in the same slipper! We’re talking about 6 weeks!! Not 6 months! At a premium cost of $35 too??!! The quality is HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company. They don’t even respond to emails. I called and they didn’t have much to say either!

Defective skeleton

I bought an 8-foot skeleton for about $275. Purchased it to use for promoting my kid's girl scout cookie sales. Delivered on mid Dec and we didn't open the box until Jan 29th, because we trusted that it would work. To my unfortunate surprise, it was missing the necessary wires to connect the ribcage to the legs so the animatronics can't work. Took photos and sent them to the company and they said I'm past the 30-day return window, so they won't do anything. I am only seeking a working rib cage. It's very obvious from the photos and this is a manufacturer deficiency. I've bought thousands of dollars' worth of stuff from this site but never again.

Great customer service

Due to Black Friday, my order was delayed for more than three weeks. This meant that I received it to late for it to fullfill its purpose as a gift for a co-worker. I wanted to make a refund, but as the order was delayed and refunds cannot be made more than 30 days after the order date, I could not make a refund. I wrote to customer service, and received a fast reply, where the fun.com employee apologized and issued me a refund of the money, without me having to return the order. Such a high service level! I am truly impressed. And the delay was due to the shipping company, not fun.com anyway.

Great selection of products

Great selection of products. They sell Loungefly purses and bag packs at a discount. I've been told to avoid the Halloween costumes that are poor quality. So far I have gotten nice items in two large orders. The scarfs and hats, accessories are great for LOTR, Harry Potter, Dr Seuss fans.

Terrible customer service and return policies

Christmas present for my daughter was literally broken out of the box but because it was outside of the normal return window they offered zero resolution. Most other companies offer some extenuating return for holidays but they do not. Item was clearly returned broken and they did zero quality testing before restocking.

Ordered a Halloween costume for my son

Ordered a Halloween costume for my son, but it didn't fit since their sizing is smaller than the actual size. Huge mistake! They said to allow 30 days to process before getting the refund. As a result, I couldn't afford to just buy another. Then the 30 days pass, and ISTILL had to beg for the refund!! I will never order a Halloween costume from here again!

Canadian Customers Priced Out

I’ve been a loyal Fun.com customer since 2016, and it genuinely hurts to write this. As a huge Sailor Moon fan, I’ve ordered every related product Fun.com has carried over over the years. It has also been a go to place for gifts, whether for kids in my family or for geeky adults alike.

Canadian shoppers should be aware that while the in store product prices and sales may look appealing, the final cost tells a very different story. An order totaling $80 in products quickly becomes $168 once shipping and the U.S. exchange rate are applied. On top of that, additional and unexplained customs fees are added upon delivery.

Once all costs are factored in, ordering from Fun.com as a Canadian becomes not just unfeasible, but irrational. Today was a sad day when I finally made the decision to shop elsewhere, not because of the merchandise, but because Canadian customers are effectively priced out.

It’s disappointing to lose a favorite retailer this way, through no fault of the retailer itself. If Fun.com were to explore options such as Canadian based distribution, a cross border fulfillment partner, or more affordable shipping methods that include duties and taxes upfront, it would make a meaningful difference for Canadian customers. I would happily support Fun.com again under those circumstances, but as it stands, that support simply isn’t sustainable for Canadians at this time.

Ordered Santa boots

Ordered Santa boots, they didn’t fit, calf is far too small and on the boots it says for ages 14+ asked if I could get a refund and they said I could but would mean paying for the shipping back to US and tracked also from UK so I said ok for them to then say I couldn’t get a refund as it was during their “Blackout period” and they would issue me a refund only on the basis if I made another order with them so they would treat it more like an exchange. Whole thing just sounded dodgy to me so decided against the whole thing.

I never received the package

I never received the package and contacted both Fun.com and FedEX. Fun.com said that I needed to file a claim with FedEX and as they would not issue me a refund nor would they send out a replacement as I did not select their package protection option. I contacted FedEx and was told I can’t open an investigation as they require the merchant to file the claim. So, I called back to Fun.com and asked them to open a claim on my behalf. Fun.com said they would not/could not help me, they would not file a claim, and they would not send a replacement or refund my money. Which leaves me with no Christmas gifts. This has definitely NOT been a Fun experience!!

Ineptitude At Its Finest

Worst company ever. Their branch HalloweenDOTcom, sent me a disparaging completely different costume from what I paid for in this slumping republican-led economy. I paid top dollar to get the costume on time. Thank you Fed3x you did your part, on time. Your counterpart however is lost in the slop. I do not have a recourse. Their staff is gone for the holiday and you’ve ruined my evening and Halloween. Everything I paid for from shoes to make-up and hair appointment gone. Money down the drain. Gee, thank you for your ineptitude. Will not be doing business with you. I will be issuing a charge-back and you left an angry partner. I am at a loss for words, your mistake is irreparable. Abhorrent and careless. (ON#31226568) my costume came in a bag with your marketing, although I used one of your branches. Never will be given another opportunity again. Look elsewhere, shop local. Stay healthy. You disappoint.

I would give a negative 10 stars if I could. I had purchased an item with fun.com order number was 29738283 - I even paid $9.99 for expedited shipping. I never received the package and contacted both Fun.com and UPS (the shipping company). Fun.com said that I needed to file a claim with UPS and that they would not assist me nor would send a replacement as I did NOT select a CO2 option - which I never saw when checking out. I then contacted UPS where they stated I couldn't file a claim, but Fun.com could! I then reached back out to Fun.com - which they stated they would not assist me, they would not file a claim and they would not send a replacement. Which puts me in a lose-lose situation where I won't get my money back. I highly recommend going to a different costume company.

Buyers beware items are not as the described and company not willing to help just argue to the point where you end the call

Have purchased costumes from them every other year and had success. This year poor quality on costume and the wig I just recieved looks like road kill. When I called the guy did not want to help me.He just wanted to be snarky, and tell me there's nothing he can do to help me. Absolutely, the worst customer service beware.Before you buy items from them, they do not care.If you want to return, they do not care.If it is poor quality, you bought it.You own it deal with it mentality. If anyone would like to see a picture of this roadkill wig, just ask and give me a link where I can download it to.

Worst experience ever!

Do NOT buy your Funko Pop here!

We bought 10 Funko Pops.
6 of them came with damaged boxes.
So we reached out to customer service asking for a refund after sending the Funko Pops with damaged boxes back.
As a reply we had to deal with this:

Unfortunately we can’t take them back for a refund because the inner Funko Pops are not damaged and therefor we accept that the boxes due to shipping can arrive damaged.
Than they told us that there are specialised Funko Pop seller where you can buy mint arriving Funko Pops.
Nothing about this is mentioned on the website at all!!

First of all it wasn’t packed well at all!
Just some loose paper.
So 6 got damaged or already had rips and sticker residue!

Now we lost around £40 of value.
Collectors as we are we can’t use them in our collection and due to damage selling them isn’t a option.

I have put a review on Google maps.
Still no answer.

Don’t fall for this horrible Funko Pop selling shop.

Stay away from fun.com.au


First of all the website is fun.com.au which leads me to believe that this is an Australian website/Australian store. However upon ordering and paying with my credit card I see there was a three dollar international surcharge. Which is just wrong.
But my main issue is on their website. Blazer was advertised as men’s blazer and I chose the size accordingly but I received a blazer with a label that says for 14-year-olds. Now trying to return it but the website also says no exchanges or returns WTF.?
Moreover, absolutely horrendous quality and made in China blazer and shirt.
And they send you spam emails every day. I’m going to unsubscribe from them now wasted almost hundred dollars on them.

Scammy Company

Bought a costume for my child and it was too small. I tried to exchange it but they would not do that except for a restocking fee. They would, however, issue a full refund as a gift card. So I take the gift card and order one size up. Costume still does not fit
the head of the costume is literally the same size as the previous one. It is so small it would only fit a child with microcephaly. Now I cannot get my money back at all and I have a gift card that I don’t want because this costume was literally the only product I wanted from this vendor. On top of this elaborate scam, the staff have been miserably rude. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It is shocking that a franchise like Princess Bride would let its brand be used by such a scumbag vendor.

UPDATE/REPLY to Vendor:
Hi Justine,
Thanks for replying! My original order# is 28607289 and the subsequent (exchange/replacement via gift card) is 28650358. I am still in posession of the 2nd costume and I am ready to return it. I would like a full refund (no restocking fee) to my original credit card. I do not have any use for a gift card, since as I mentioned, this was the only product I wanted from your store, and based on everything we have learned, no matter the size, it will not fit my child because the head of the costume is too small for any human child's head. Thank you in advance for your help!

I attempted to reach Justine on Fun.com's website, but unfortunately a gentleman named Lucas would not pass me over. Lucas held the line with the same scammy tactics this vendor has previously used. Once a defective item is sold, they will not issue a full refund, full stop. The options are only to have some of your cash back or take a store credit ("fun bucks" they call them, lol). Never again will I patronize this website. I will warn all my friends with kids (there are many) to stay away as well. Congrats Fun.com on remaining a 1-star company after making a half-baked attempt to do better.

Update on 9/21/2025
After attempting to contact Justine and being turned away by one of her coworkers, Justine reached back out to me to say sorry and then she in fact initiated a refund for our initial order. My thanks to Justine for doing what any reasonable and decent vendor should do, which is give a customer back their money if they receive a defective product. I’m grateful that I was able to finally get this rectified, but still rather disgusted that this is what it took. Changing my rating to 3 stars from 1.
