I greatly enjoy using this website. They have some exclusive items that I love. I've never had any problems receiving my order and it ships in a reasonable amount of time. They also have some great sales. This is definitely a site I will be ordering from again.
I’ve always been impressed with their packaging and the care they put into making sure the items arrive safely. Their discounts are great, and their customer service is truly top-notch. This is one of the few sites I trust and regularly recommend to friends and family. Keep up the excellent work!
I have ordered multiple times through Fun, and everything has been fantastic. Their pricing, shipping cost, and shipping time is very reasonable and their product selection is vast.

Absolute TRASH Customer Service!!!! I talked to 2 "supervisors" about a package that was never delivered, and because I didn't pay extra for insurance, they refused to do anything at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
Scam. Fraudulent. Unethical. Buyer Beware. Bought ONE Halloween costume and wig and somehow inadvertently signed up for a SUBSCRIPTION of over $100 two months later??? Reported fraud to my bank, cancelled my card. Tried to log into my “account” with Fun.com but my email is not found? So how did I get signed up for $104.25 subscription with NO account?? Costume was also a piece of crap for the price. Just block this POS company.
I finally decided to place a purchase with this website. It would have been all my sons Christmas gifts for this year.
I went through the checkout and chose my payment method, logged in to that account, and then I was sent back to a screen that showed nothing of a purchase confirmation. The cart still had the 17 items I'd just seemingly paid for in it.
I felt a panick. I clicked the live chat but as soon as it opened, the page reloaded to Fun dot coms home page. So I checked my payment method - my zippay account. No payment had been taken.
I received an email from zippay saying a foreign login to my account had occurred. I was unable to login to the account!
Thankfully I used the email they'd sent me to reset my password and nothing was taken from my account. But this was scary.
I found no way to contact Fun dot com about my experience. This scared me enough to look for reviews and on here I have found a shocking amount of negative reviews!
Do your homework FIRST people. Don't be like me.
I ordered a plushie on 11/06/24 i payed extra for ( premium , 1 day delivery ) to arrive on 11/08/24 it is 11/09/24 and it hasn’t arrived. Never ordering from here.
Placed an order on july 31st of beetlejuice pyjamas and im still waiting for them! Apparently lost in transit and this his never been sorted from this company or fed ex absolute scam and theives
I purchased a Christmas inflatable in September to put up this November. Well, today, I opened the box to find that the adapter is missing. I called the company and they were not helpful at all. And said they I should have opened it in September because I only had 14 days to return. Not okay. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Ordered the Lord of the Ring jacket and love it. Quality is good and design is great.
HOWEVER - leaving a review so others don't make the same mistake as me. I found the size bigger than usual. Ordered a 10 and it was way too big for me. So be wary. No returns or exchanges allowed (and it does say this on the website so was pre-warned) so just watch the sizes that you order. Checked with customer services and this is the case. I'm stuck with something too big now. Won't order again due to the non return policy :-(

Very impressed with the quality of my costume for the price I paid! I bought a few different accessories for a dragon costume to wear to a Shrek rave, which I left quite last minute and was scouring eBay and Amazon for ages wondering if I was gonna get ripped off. This site looked more legit so I took a chance and the velvety red wings are GORGEOUS! Also nice detailed tail that looks like reptile scales, and none of the stuff has that weird factory smell you get from some sites. Makes me want to come up with more costume ideas to as excuses to wear them.
Joke of a company, parcel goes missing and no help what so ever from the company. Just expect you to take the loss, if you want your stuff to come I wouldn’t recommend using this place

I love 707/Halloweencostumes.com. Their customer service is very responsive, and nice. I had to exchange a sweater, and had no problem. They have THE BEST costumes, and Fandom items. I have been happy with every loungefly, shirt, sweater, and costume. Really looking forward to buying the Tiana costume, and a bunch of harry potter things. They also have Really good sales.
I ordered items from fun, 1 month ago still waiting for the item, no correspondence with me, will not be recommending this site,
