They selling Perfect funko pops for display for all kind of fans . It arrived very quickly and it is obvious that there is a lot of investment in the design of the small details. Just perfect !

Buyer beware!!!!!!
Costumes are not as described and they Run extremely small. After reading several reviews and taking measurements for the extra precaution this product is still 2 sizes too small. For an Example: we ordered a Large Men’s costume for a 140lb 5’4 Man(typically that should be a s/m) … the inseam was so small that he couldn’t get the costume all the way up as it was cutting into his skin. Product was returned within 7 days of purchase and company did not refund us. When I initially called in late October I was told that it can take at least 4 weeks. 4 weeks came and went I had to call several times and was told it was coming. I eventually had to file a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money. I requested an itemized receipt for the refund which they refuse to provide and it was never given the case was closed and the company stated to me that they had refunded PayPal indeed they had not per PayPal. I had to call again and after a threat to dispute the charge with the my actual bank I was finally told she would be processing the refund through PayPal… then I was also told that since I filed a complaint with PayPal and I didn’t accept the offer they were under no obligations to refund me as if she was doing me a favor. My multiple requests for proof of itemized refund was ignored. Although I did receive a partial refund in the end beware you can not return without paying ungodly fees and do not expect a timely refund. From time of purchase to time of return 7 days finally getting a refund took over 60 days and multiple calls and threats to report to get a refund.
Questionable ethics by this company.
I placed an order for an item that was in stock. After calling Fun to find out the status...I was told it was out of stock. For the number of junk emails I received...why couldn't they send an email telling me the item is out of stock??? This now leaves me scrambling to find another gift that I can quickly mail and hope it arrives for Christmas.

I love shopping at fun.com, they provide excellent customer service either by phone or online chat, they are very prompt with their response time and their customer service team is well trained. There is no fuss whatsoever. Their products are also nicely packed and arrives as per their expected delivery time. Highly recommend. A service you can trust and enjoy doing your collectiable shopping.
I was really impressed with the quality of the material and the affordable prices. They also have an awesome rewards program.
Ordered an overpriced costume the quality was horrendous it didn't hold the shape, the stitches were loose, the fabric had holes, it was nothing like advertised...getting a refund was a tedious, long and painful process that took a month and an half and only recovered the money thanks to a dispute through a third party.
Stay away from this site to save your money and avoid headaches.
If I could rate this zero star I would. I ordered from Fun.com on November 2nd. This was for a birthday and shipping was roughly a week i thought ok I've got plenty of time. Well, after placing my order I waited. its now one day before the birthday and no package. I then used the chat service to speak to a rep. it aparently hadnt even shipped in addition I odered several items and was told the reason was because the main gift I ordered was out of stock. Which is funny because it was in stock before hand and asked why no one had told me this had happened. They then said it looks like you were sent a message about the item being out of stock. I then asked ok when because i never received anything. They then said we cant find any information on it, I then said thats because no one sent anything. I then asked why nothing else had been shipped to which i received no answer. I stated at that point just to go ahead and refund the entire thing. The customer service was a joke and the fact no one reached out to me saying, o hey sorry we messed up that item you bought is no longer in stock. i got nothing and now have to wait 3-5 days to have it refunded I don't recommend purchasing from this company I have bought from them before but I can say they have lost a customer at this point. I would be very surprised if on top of this i don't get the insulting were sorry for you experience remark to follow up this review. If you were actually sorry you would make every effort to make it right. I want the items I ordered when you had them in stock before you apparently sold them to some one else.

We ordered our child halloween costume. Unfortunately The fan for the blow up costume came damage. I called to see if I could get a replacement fan or return the costume and had a wonderful experience. The customer service agent I spoke with was so kind and polite. She was able To help me out very quickly. My experience With that customer service agent will definitely have me back again to purchase from this company. I only wish I had grabbed her name. She definitely deserve praise for her hard work. Thank you

I ordered a ghost costume & some house slippers. Wanna know what I received? A Robin costume. LIKE BATMAN & ROBIN!! What in the actual world…. Was told I’d get my correct order in two days but I’ve yet to see a confirmation. They very quickly sent me an email to send them back the Robin costume though.

Needed to return/exchange costumes that were did not fit well. Your customerservice perso was great in resolving the issue very quickly
I never received my costume. When I contacted them to find out tracking information they canceled the order, because some form that was never emailed wasn't signed. They money was not refunded to the account either. Overall awful experience

Pésimo servicio, efectue compra el 19 de septiembre, y casi 1 mes después aún no me ha llegado el paquete, efectue reclamo y la respuesta es que ellos no garantizan la fecha de entrega. No lo recomiendo.
My first time buying from Fun.com went very smoothly. The shipping was quick and the bag I purchased was very carefully packaged. 100% will buy from them again!
