Keep receiving spam from this company, have told them to cease and desist by emailing enquiries email address they've provided in replies to others but they are still contacting me. I have filed a report with the ICO.

We’ve recently worked with Funding Bay to secure funding for our business, and the experience has been great.
The whole process was straightforward, with clear communication throughout. Jacob was particularly helpful, informative and professional, always happy to answer our questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Nothing ever felt too much trouble.

Sending emails offering finance to addresses that are internal only is not a clever move, it just makes them look unprofessional and unapproachable.

I'd never ever use a company who just randomly spammed me, especially one who consistently reply to the email and re-send it with lines like 'I’ve sent a handful of emails now, assuming this isn’t a priority. Let me know when is a better time to reach out.' No reply is a hint that we arent interested.

In breach of GDPR, spam calling a personal number which should not be on record. ICO and FCA report will be filed if another call is attempted.

Senders of unsolicited and non compliant emails and when advised via a Google review 2 months ago, they said they were going to address this. Yet we’re still getting their emails on a regular basis several weeks later. Reported to ICO.
