I have probably sent twenty emails to them and a man called BOB replied and said if and only if I leave a very good review will I get a full refund ,what a load of lies that was ,DO NOT have anything to do with them .now after seeing this post they have said ple delete this review and you will get a full refund ,to me they are con artists
