I currently have 3 orders being returned to Funko, 1 being damaged and 2 I no longer wanted.
All 3 parcels were returned over 2 weeks ago, Funko are now ignoring all my emails asking where my refund is, stopped all communication. I am going to assume they have stolen my money. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so will be opening up a case and reporting for fraud.
AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE
My order was marked as "delivered to a neighbor" however there was no evidence of this, and none of my neighbors have received a package for me. Furthermore, nobody even attempted to deliver this to me first (I was at home the whole time). Funko told me to complete a form which I did, and they have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on my case. £17 down the drain.

PremiÚre commande Funko Europe
Comme beaucoup, jâavais quelques doutes en voyant le nombre dâavis négatifs.
Jâai participé à un drop dâune Web Exclusive (que jâattendais depuis longtemps et avec impatience) sur le site de Funko Europe. Par chance, lâarticle nâétait pas encore sold out.
Lâenvoi a été rapide. Le suivi sâest fait via Landmark Global puis Colis Privé & Colissimo : les mises à jour avec Landmark Global sont un peu lentes, mais cela reste assez fluide.
Je lâai reçu 8 jours avant la date de livraison estimée. Lâarticle était bien protégé dans le colis avec un carton. Ce duo de figurines est magnifique.
Seul petit bémol : lâabsence de protection plastique en plus du carton, surtout pour une Web Exclusive.
Néanmoins, vraiment contente de cette commande ð

Te envÃan el pedido incompleto y se desentienden. Incluso viendo en la propia web q el pedido no se ha enviado. Normal q estos sinvergÃŒenzas lleven la empresa a la quiebra.

Ik was altijd een vaste klant, maar mij zijn ze kwijt. ik had 6 funko's besteld. Die ook nog eens verspreid binnen kwamen. Na 1 week de eerste, 1,5 halve week later de 2e en toen heb ik 6 weken moeten wachten. Na verschillende berichten kreeg ik reactie dat ze de funko's kwijt waren geraakt. Eentje was ook niet meer te krijgen en daar kreeg ik mijn geld voor terug. Toen ik zelf ben gaan kijken, bleek dat de andere 2 er ook niet meer waren. Dit heb ik moeten aangeven en kwam niet vanuit hun. Ik kreeg toen weer mijn geld terug, maar dit keer op mijn klarna account. Waarom moet het beide op een andere manier? Vervolgens annuleer ik de laatste funko die ik binnen moest krijgen en sturen ze die alsnog op zonder geld terug te storten? Deze krijg ik vandaag binnen (2-4) en de bestelling was 25-2 Ik vind dat echt te belachelijk voor woorden. Het was een flinke bestelling en ik ben al 2 jaar vaste klant, maar ik besteld hier nooit meer iets. Vrienden van me bestelde hier ook veel, maar die zal je hier ook niks meer zien bestellen.

Heb iets besteld dat beschadigd binnen kwam, hiervoor heb ik een case aangemaakt en al snel kreeg ik dubbele reacties.. Het leek dan ook alsof 2 mensen van de klantenservice tegelijk bezig waren met de case maar dit niet onderling wisten van elkaar.
Los daarvan werd er gevraagd fotos te sturen van de beschadiging. Dit heb ik gedaan en vervolgens redelijk snel reactie gehad dat ik een nieuw exemplaar opgestuurd zou krijgen en dat ik de beschadigde pop niet hoef terug te sturen. Fijn en een mooi oplossing, zou je zeggen!
Nu zijn we inmiddels 6 maanden verder, heb ik een stuk of 10 keer geprobeerd contact op te zoeken, 4 cases verder, en u raad het al! 0 ontvangen, 0 reactie, 0 update, 0 resultaat.

Je heb geluck dat er geen fysiek filiaal hier in de buurt is want ik me pop persoonlijk komen ophalen.
Schandalig, geen enkele manier om een medewerker te spreken en de AI doet alleen maar oneindig cases aanmaken waar toch niks mee gedaan wordt, ook niet als je maanden wacht... Kortom... schandalig bedrijf met producten voor liefhebbers maar niet van liefhebbers. Commercieel geld fabriek... Service niet bijbegrepen.

I ordered a personalised FUNKO for my grandson. It came with the wrong skin, hair and eye colour and no keyring. I contacted them and they said they would send another around 1 months after the orderâŠ.this has never arrived. I have been chasing them and have not had a reply in over a month. It wasnât cheap either at nearly £50 and I am still without the gift for my grandson. This was for his 2nd re-birthday, the anniversary of his life saving transplant

Ordino quattro funko pop, dopo qualche giorno mi arriva tracking ma risultano mai partiti. L'assistenza mi avverte di un ritardo e mi dice di attendere..dopo un mese conferma che il pacco Ú perso e procederà con il rimborso. Rimborso che non arriva quindi gli riscrivo e mi dicono "l'ho appena processato ora"...dopo piu di una settimana ancora niente. Incredibile come un'azienda del genere tenti di truffare.
