Poor company. Can’t ship items in an acceptable time frame. Customer service is none existent unless you email them and you’ll be lucky to get a reply. The shipping options are as useful as a deaf, blind and mute guard dog. Don’t know how they have the gall to charge people for shipping when you won’t get the items based on their tracking til a staggering week and a half-2 weeks after you’ve paid for the item.

I would not even give one star but you have to do for submitting a review.
Disgusting service - personalised pop requested - wrong item sent which when sent evidence to Funko they admitted by email it was their error and would send replacement - Nothing ever received (this was back in November)
Since then do not respond to emails and messages (but then send me feedback requests!)
Complaint submitted through resolver and again nothing received by them.

Warning to the collecting community: Funko Europe is currently failing to honor legitimate Fan Rewards wins for the Art the Clown #1977 (Santa Suit) LE 750.

​My allocated unit from February 24th has been held hostage for over 30 days due to a 'technical sync error'—yet curiously, while loyal customers are blocked, 'influencers' are unboxing this exact grail and US stock is flooding eBay at £1,000 - £1,200.

​The Red Flags:

​Internal Mismanagement: There are widespread reports of warehouse chaos in Coventry, with stock being 'lost' or diverted while systems fail. A 'point refund' is not a resolution for a piece of which only 750 exist globally. ​Proven Competence: Funko successfully delivered my 'Silent Hill' orders to the same address, proving this isn't a shipping error—it’s a selective fulfillment failure on a high-value asset. ​Legal Action: A formal investigation is now open with the Advertising Standards Authority (Ref: A26-1335140). I have issued a Letter Before Action for the full replacement market value of £1,200.

​I am not accepting a refund of points for a Grail that was confirmed and then 'erased' by a system you know is broken. I expect the manual invoice and dispatch of the unit I am legally entitled to. Avoid Funko Europe and stick to honest retailers like Cult Collectables who actually respect their customers.

Bought a customised funko pop over a month ago and was guaranteed delivery a few days later.. never arrived so I complained and was promised they would resend the order. Well they resent it and that also never arrived.. was told by funko pop that this means it got lost in transit.. terrible

Have bought thousands of funko's over the years, spent many thousands of pounds, and just not going to bother with Funko anymore. Utterly utterly useless. Send you emails saying 'your in' for limited editions and then won't let you add to the cart. No loyalty for cuatomers like me whatsoever. So just gonna stop purchasing now

I only tend to order from them when they have at least 4 funkos i want to reach free shipping,the two times i have ordered from them they have packaged my items well and they arrived within 3 days from despatch.My only complaint is only Two days after purchase they had a buy more discount more which would have saved £3 more pound compared to my 10% off voucher. But looking on the bright side pyramid head and james where sold out by then anyway.

Worst site i ever bough on, scalpers take all items before you can even have a chance to buy and Funko do NOTHING to stop them, shame on them !!

My Starkiller got stolen by your staff in November, out of your warehouse.
Still nothing has been done.
Now I see Funko are sending LE 750s to influencers.

So I can’t get any help at all, after having my LE Funko stolen.
Yet influencers are getting boxes of rare Funko, including LE 750s.

i mean there is nothing bad (expect the paint quality) just the characters they make, THEY NEED TO MAKE MORE PJO FUNKO POPS!!! I want seson 2 because it recently came out. I also need book character desings as well. Like the orignal Percy jackson and annabeth chase but with nico and the argo II character. Thank you

Ho comprato e nel giro di una settimana avevo i miei 3 prodotti a casa. Prezzi bassi e imballati benissimo. Spedizione con DHL velocissima. Funko perfetti!

In October 2025 ordered 4 figures, I never received the order, and I did not receive my money back.
Every month I wrote questions about the order, which never received a response, only an automatic message with a question number. In February, the last message to another email to funko, from where they wrote to me that they would return the money to the account from which the money came. It is March, and of course the money is nowhere. Do not order from this e-shop, sad that they even need such bad behavior towards customers.

I received my funko pops in November covered in blood. I have been complaining since. They asked for evidence and I sent pictures and I have heard nothing

Orribili. Lo scorso ordine mi hanno spedito il pacco di un’altra persona. Ho ordinato il 18 gennaio altro Funko e mi hanno risposto oggi dopo che ho aperto un ticket “Sono andati perduti nel viaggio”. Mi faccio rimborsare e non comprerò mai più un funko da loro. Mai più.

What can i say, i should saw the review before going to buy on their site. I had A LOT OF ISSUES from them, too long to explain but just trust me, AVOID TO BUY FROM THEM. I never found customer service this incompetent.

I bought some funkos when they were in discount. I orderded 8 (many as a gift). Once the box arrived, it only contained 6. I waited a couple more days but the other 2 never arrived. When i reached out, they asked for proof. So i sended pictures of the box i received in which was only space for 6 funkos. From than on they ignored me completely... Never got the 2 funkos and never got any money back... this site is one big scam.

Ordered four figures, and had to return one. That was in end october/early november. send proof of postage and repeated emails. Got the occasional reply, always asking for the same information. They've stopped replying now. Still haven't got a refund and it's nearly March 2026!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No customer service. Had to return an item because my grandson broke off a relationship I had bought for her. A complete nightmare!! Took 3 months to get refund. Sent message after message to customer service still no response as of today. Only reason I got a refund sent back item with tracking number.

Still ongoing....Ordered in November, not shipped. One of two pops arrived in Jan, one still pending. Absolutely mental how there is no customer service for a company this size. A refund of £13 for an item not in stock to ship should not be such a drama.
