J'aurai mis aucune étoile si cela était possible.

Ils viennent de me louer une chambre qui selon la mairie lors de l'enregistrement à la commune n'a pas le droit d'être loué.
Aucune communication sur ce sujet et ils mettent quand même la chambre à louer.

Pas de réponse à l'email.
Ils prennent l'argent des gents en revanche mais service client minable.

Ce sont des escrocs à fuir absolument

Plusieurs demandes de location refusées et ils n'ont pas à se justifier

Réservation faite pour 1 mois, empreinte Carte OK et paiement OK.

Puis refus de l'agence, sous prétexte que le propriétaire n'accepte pas le dossier (les critères sont confidentiels, cela est totalement normal) ...

Quel dossier ? Un mois payé d'avance pour 1 location d'un mois ? Sans un cdi, apparemment c'est refusé d'avance !

J'ai été bien accueillie, la chambre était comme sur les photos, rien à dire.

Très mauvaise entreprise, leur service, leur système et même leur personnel. On dirait un cirque, encore pire. Je n’ai jamais vu une telle incompétence. C’est une arnaque : ils mentent pour vous voler votre argent. Faites attention, aucune confiance, zéro.zeroooooooooooooooooooo

Wohnungsanbieter der zentralisiert Apartements anbietet. Website ist aktzeptabel, der Anmeldeprozess auch. Apartements sind mit dem Minimum ausgestattet. Kaution in Form einer Sicherheitsverschreibung auf der Kreditkarte. In diesem Fall war das Apartement in einem eher baufälligem Haus, mit ungepflegtem Hinterhof. Laute, knarzige Treppen, hellhörige Wände - doch für ein Übergangslösung grundsätzlich aktzeptabel. Preislich bewegt sich das Angebot im Durschnitt. Es wird ein 250€ "Mitgliedschaftsbeitrag" erhoben. Durch gegenseitige Bewertungen auf der Website, kann das FlatSharing durch monatliche Auswertungen einen Preisnachlass zur Folge haben. Das Unternehmen scheint mehr als 100 Apartements zu vermieten, diese in Luxembourg und Frankreich. Reinvestitionen in die Mietobjekte scheinen wohl eher vermieden zu werden. Profitiert wird von der Knappheit und dem hohen Bedarf auf dem Wohnungsmarkt. Nettes Miteinander und die gute Infrastruktur wertet das Wohnen auf. Allerdings nachteilig, der Lärm einer vielbefahrenen Straße, in diesem Fall, altes Bettzeug und kostengünstigste Einreichtung. Das Geschäftsmodell und das Angebot zu dem Preis ist grundsätzlich legitime, nur es scheint etwas an Hingabe und Sorgfalt bezüglich der Einrichtung zu fehlen. Auch die Summe der bewirtschafteten Apartements lässt Zweifel am Unternehmensinhaber aufkommen. Fraglich ist, ob hier ein nachhaltiges, wertebasiertes und durch gute Führung orientiertes Handeln im Vordergrund steht.

It's the worst agency in Luxembourg, woudn't recommend them. AT ALL. They try to make as much money as they can from you.

Mon expérience avec furnished.lu s’est très mal terminée.
J’avais réservé un logement, déménagé toutes mes affaires en pensant enfin être tranquille.
En allant m’enregistrer à la commune, j’apprends qu’en fait l’enregistrement à l’adresse est impossible car Altea (furnished.lu) n’a jamais eu l’autorisation de la commune. J’apprends également qu’elle a tendance à faire ça sur une grande partie des maisons qu’elle propose.
Résultats, j’ai dû donc me débrouiller pour trouver un autre logement car bien évidemment l’agence s’en dédouane et ose encore dire que c’est de la responsabilité des clients de vérifier si possible de s’enregistrer à la commune. Je pense qu’on est d’accord pour dire que c’est bien de la responsabilité de l’agence de faire louer quelque chose de légale. Ce serait la moindre des choses.

Pour ma part, je n’y reviens plus. Faites attention. Ils ne pensent qu’à l’argent et ne se soucient pas du reste.

L'accueil,le professionalisme et la promptude des reponses et le guide sont une assistance et une satisfaction totale pour moi en tant que nouveau au Luxembourg.

apres un booking par internet dont leur site a planté. 3 confirmations par email + 3 confirmations par tel.
Puis me mettre en attente que je recevrai le contrat et tout annuler 1 semaine apres.
Puis a chercher un logement, ailleurs qu avec eux... dans l urgence

Bonne communication, pas de soucis de mon côté et caution rendue rapidement.

This is the WORST Service in LUXEMBOURG. The rooms are always dirty, cold in winter and the best part they will 100% put the fine on you, even saying no deposit, they take 1000EUR Guarantee, then after almost 1 month they will come up with excuse, like room is not clean, something on the wall etc., and will try too charge fine as high as they cant. The are not ethical, sorry they dont know what is ethics. Better sleep on the street, get Airbnb rather then take what they give. Check other reviews before taking decision you will regret 95% Guaranteed.

Ho ripetutamente cercato di parlare con i voi, telefonando. Mandando messaggi e nr. do telefono. Ma mai nessuno ha risposto alla mia richiesta.

Beware if the room looks to good, they usually trick people with this. When I was using their services, I reserved a room in a 3 rooms house, which was looking good. The last person in that room was a friend of mine, and he contacted me telling another person was asking some doubts about the room. Turns out they had made a reservation for me and the other person at the same time. They use this trick to atract you and then changing your room the same days you go get the keys, to a much worst one. I found several reviews of people that were claiming being victims of the same scam. Absolutely not recommended, do not pick because you will not even know if that will be the real room until the day they give you the keys. Of course, when you discover this and ask for explanations, they suddenly become much more unpolite.

To be avoided AT ALL COSTS.

Une demande de colocation non retenue, pas plus de précision quand à la décision, et quand on les appelle, la seule réponse à été de me dire qu’ils n’ont pas à se justifier.
Passez votre chemin, si vous ne leur proposer pas un CDI avec un salaire à 5 chiffres

Très bonne agence à été à notre écoute car nous étions un peu récalcitrant oar de nombreux messages.
Mais nous avons tenté et nous en sommes fortement satisfait.

I may sound like devil's advocate here but trust me I am not. I stayed in one of their houses in Bonnvoie and I will cherish the experience forever. I think what they do is just business and they are here for that, all the remaining stuff is upto us-- the housemates. Believe me it's about co-existance and we must take into consideration that it's a skill as well. Co-living is better done than being said and its all about mutual respect.They charge you one month advance, they charge you early termination and rooms are not like palaces but that's how this business is supposed to be as they are also solving the problem of a shelter for people who are completely new to the country, and they are making a premium out of that. We all in the house managed it really well, we had some issues like electricity and heating which took a while to be fixed and I think I cannot penalize them as it happened once in 4 months of my stay here. The internet was good, may be fridges and kitchen were not sufficient when we look at the number of people where we definitely felt difficulties but we managed with mutual coordination.I will move out this month and will update the review on my caution fees but looking at the processes involved and state of online transactions in Lux, looks like it will be a moonshot 😂

arnaque! Administration profite de la situation tendu à Luxembourg en encaissant pour rien et encore pire : trespass dans les chambres, les portes sans clés différents , les voisins peut venir et voler sans responsabilité, administration arrogante, aucune service juste factures sans raisons , administration utilise l’agence pour raisons personnelles et fraude, aucune contrôle contre cette dysfonctionnement
