Just made my second order with this company ,staff and customer services are very helpfull kept me up to date with my last order which took longer than usual and offered me a discount with my next purchase

Great communication and prompt delivery

I had my Dylan teal sofa delivered this morning and from start to finish the service has been impeccable! They delivered as said in the morning… 9am! And even out in the room I wanted it placed it.
The product is stunning and I’m over the moon…. Kids are not allowed near it ;)

The wardrobe arrived carefully packed and complete on time, which is very important. I am pleased with the cooperation with the company.

I phone beforehand to check delivery would be before Christmas and they confirmed. Provided me with a product i had been looking at elsewhere, with more than a £300 discount. Delivery was good, was able to track where the driver was and plan their arrival without having to stay in for hours.

5 stars for ease of use on website.

Fantastic prices, and delivery was ahead of quoted timescales of 2-3 weeks.
Would have appreciated some more communication & more advanced notice of delivery (1 day notice), however the delivery on the day went smoothly & the driver called 45 minutes before to confirm delivery.

We are still waiting for our order to arrive we are very disappointed to have not been informed on the progress of our order.
.When visiting our account nothing has been updated so we are still in the dark about a possible a delivery date.

Delivered on time with a phone call to arrange a date and time to suit. As expected prompt and polite, very helpful.

Whilst we recieved parts for two different wardrobes, the staff at FD were amazing and couldn't have been more apologetic or helpful in rectifying the situation. We are super happy with the wardrobe we ordered and despite there being an issue, because of their great customer service we will definitely buy from them again

I've been waiting for my dining table and chairs for a few month don't mind the wait but I've paid a lot of money and had no more advice on the item which is a concern they should of at least kept me informed what is happening very disappointed
