The product was well packed and in perfect condition. However, the company ignore my live chat messages and emails. As this was a new company I was dealing with, I was concerned about their reliability. We waited for the allocated delivery expected any time p.m. on the Saturday. Eventually we had a late call from the driver who said he couldn't make it as they were running behind. Then when I complained, having got rid of my old desk, I now had none, he added they had broken down. I cancelled my order by live chat and email. This was ignored and when I phoned, I was told they had sent it - making use of a courier. To cut a very long story short, we received the desk 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday night. It seemed the courier team had been delivering from early a.m. to late night.
I think this company distribution policy is their Achilles heel and they really need to address this to get 5 stars.

This is the follow up review of the bed frame, the condition of the frame is bad and the screws of the drawers are missing.
Sent email to the company and hope it will respond.

I found an item on their website I wanted to purchase. I had a few questions so rang to ask questions were promptly answered so went ahead and ordered. Product came within order timescale was telephoned a couple of days before to arrange delivery.

What fabulous service. Ordered our products online and was given 4-6 week delivery date. Furniture Direct UK rang us a couple of days before the delivery date to confirm the date and time which was just one month after the order.
Delivery staff were superb. Extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.
By the way the furniture is FIRST CLASS and as an extra benefit this purchase saved us lots of money. We had looked at this furniture locally - and it was priced at 20-25% more. Feeling really happy. Thankyou

Simple fantastic customer service saved £400 on top quality wardrobe compared my local furniture store who couldn't meet or understand the prices offered here.which is a shame or greed for profit.
My rauch imperial was delivered professionally after 4 weeks and is now installed and top quality.

Was a little wary because of a few of the reviews but after calling and speaking to them I placed my order at a great price and all was delivered in perfect condition. All I would say is better updates regarding delivery and time scale would be good other than that perfect service.

I have just received my corner sofa very impressed with the quality the cushions are well made and it's totally what I wanted. Communication is good also if you have any questions they always answer them ASAP. I was a bit sceptical ordering a sofa online but I'm glad it did thanks 😊

Terrible. They say they price match and do multi buy discount, yet when I got in touch with them, they were very rude and did not price match or give a multi buy offer. They also raised the price online of one of the items I wanted to buy, while I was talking to them. Absolutely disgraceful! Update, they did price match the one item but still raised the other item, so will go elsewhere.

No fuss, great price, delivered within the time. Would happily buy other products.

We recently ordered some German manufactured wardrobes and drawers from furniture direct. Having read the reviews we were a little unsure but with the product being almost a third of the price elsewhere we thought we would give them a chance.
I emailed Ajaz just to check the order had been processed and to see if they were expected to be delivered by the anticipated delivery day in May. He emailed same day to say they were expecting them in stock imminently and and someone would be in contact within the next couple of days to arrange delivery , true his word they were and delivery was arranged for the next day about 4 weeks earlier than expected. Really pleased with the service and furniture. We would definitely use again.

Found this site on the internet and price of mattress was very reasonable and also discount for February. Ordered on the 1st and was delivered on the 10th fantastic service as it said 2-3 weeks.
Will definitely use them again when I need too.
