Absolutely LOVE my t-shirt.

The quality of the print was good and the company was excellent when responding to the minor changes I wanted.

I ordered a hoodie as a birthday gift for a special friend who has 4 dogs. The pre artwork of the dog images to be printed on the hoodie was fantastic but when I received the garment, the quality of the print was disgraceful. The images were not clear, the image material looked like it would instantly peel off and the overall look and feel was poor quality. I am very disappointed. I still gave the gift to my friend because I had nothing else to give her and had limited time, but I had to apologise that the quality was not up to my expectations. I won’t use Furr and family again which is a shame.

Sent pics of what I wanted on sweatshirt, and was sent back a sample of the embroidered pics for approval which I thought was a nice touch, I wanted the ears slightly shorter which was no trouble at all, communication was great, delivery was quick I'm very pleased with product.

The sign ordered whilst the printing was really good the sign was rough around the edges and felt unfinished

I am also not sure it will weather well and as it’s an sign for outside we will see

Brought this for my mums birthday. It was of our precious lab who passed away last year and it meant the world to her, to the point of tears, over the picture.

After losing our beloved West Highland Terrier, myself and my wife decided we would like a portrait picture to serve as a constant reminder of our beautiful boy.

After searching the internet, I came across Fur & Family and after browsing the gallery of customers animals decided upon their canvas oil painting, the ordering process was straightforward, simply send them a picture of your choice via the website attachment and await the result, if you are not happy with the result you can have multiple changes made until you are satisfied, fortunately for me my first picture approval was absolutely perfect with just a small amendment needed on the name text.

The whole process took approximately 3 weeks from start to delivery and the end result was nothing short of amazing, my picture arrived as a box canvas ready to hang, although I chose to remove the canvas from the framework & mount it inside a suitable picture frame which I had purchased elsewhere to suit our home decor.

The end result is a perfect tribute and reminder of our beloved boy who now takes pride of place in our living room.

Thank you to everyone involved in helping ease the pain of our loss.

A great service, it was a very quick process. I loved having the option to see the image before printing. All I can say is that it arrived much bigger than expected (I had to double check the ordered dimensions), but that isn't a disaster!

Absolutely loved my pet portrait! Purchased as a gift so only had a couple of pictures of the cat, but they did an amazing job at recreating my mums precious cat. She is going to be so pleased this mothers day.
