I first visited Fusion in Feb 2025 following a lot of research into dental implants. Due to extensive dental work required, I was an extremely nervous patient. During the initial consultation Mike Fuse explained the process that lay ahead and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. I opted for sedation during extractions and can honestly say, I didn't experience any pain or remember any part of it.
I was fitted with same day temp all on four. The pain during the initial healing phase lasted for 7-14 days. I was then able to eat just about anything, which I hadn't been able to do for some time. The permanent all on four were fitted after 6 months and I'm soo happy with them....They are really comfortable and look fantastic.
I cannot fault the treatment and care shown to me from start to finish and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone considering implants.

I have just completed the treatment for full dental implants and am very pleased with the result. The initial examination and verdict by Mike Fuse came as something of a shock, but he was proved right in his prediction of which teeth were going to give way next. When this happened a few weeks later, I decided to proceed.
The surgery by Guy was totally painless. I believe I fell asleep! I was very wary of infection afterwards, but followed advice to the letter and all was well.
All in all, from the first meeting with Kate, and all subsequent visits, I have found the approach from the whole team to be both throughly professional and very kind.

Having been recommended by my sister and having seen her results and feedback I felt very confident having treatment for a full top arch. The whole journey has been a pleasant experience and am very happy with the final result. The staff are friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Particular thanks to Craig, the Anaesthetist, who rang the day before who very much put me at ease and to Katie who has been very helpful throughout. All the team make you feel at ease and very comfortable throughout all the visits. I shall definitely be returning sometime in the future for treatment on my lower arch. Thank you all.

My wife has had phobia about dentists since when she was a child having had very bad experiences of dentisrty at the time, gas etc.... She needed to have a the few teeth she had left removed & full impants, 'All on 4'. Having carried out very strong investigations on what was available, not just in Cardiff we took the recommendation of a close trusted friend & went to Fusion. From the moment we entered the building I can only say how professional & transparent the whole team were. Needless to say the whole process was great. My wife describes it as " We've all heard of 'No pain no gain', but there was no pain & massive gain." Cannot recommend every member of the team enough. Fantastic & my wife is just so much more confident, sociable & open.

I came to Fusion after much consideration and concern about my deteriorating dental heath, which was not in a good state after many years of neglect, I had visited other dentists, but was struck by the assessment and approach proposed by Fusion, who was perhaps more radical but seemed more suited to both my short-term and long-terms needs.

After years of not feeling comfortable with visiting dentists, I was of course very anxious, and had many questions, which the Fusion staff addressed,. I had a major decision to make, and while Fusion did not pressure me, made me feel I was doing the right thing, which is a major achievement, as anyone facing major dental issues would know.

Eventually the decision day comes. Either continue with the problem, which won’t go away or improve, or try to fix it. I went fr the latter, which is still not easy hurdle to overcome, either mentally or physically. But once the treatment was done, I feel it was the right decision.

Everyone may have different circumstances, but I would recommend that any prospective patient with dental concerns, to consult with Fusion, as see what they propose. I can vouch that all their staff dealt with me in a personal, professional and competent manner, and helped made me feel I was doing the right thing.

I also extend my particular thanks to Jillian Roach, who helped explain the overall approach of the treatment, To Mike Fuse, for his dental assessments and post-surgery treatment, to Dr. Guy Mclellan, which carried out the dental surgery, to Katy Hulse, who helped coordinate everything, and to all the wonderful nurses and the other staff, for their kindness and attention, who made me feel comfortable during each of my visits, which is also so very important.

My life was on hold until I found Fusion. Following an accident where I lost 5 front teeth, I could not eat properly, speak properly and was too distressed to socialise or even go shopping. Fusion gave me my life back. Their individually tailored course of treatment has been transformative. All the staff are friendly and make clients feel at ease while maintaining highly professional standards. I cannot praise Fusion enough and recommend them to everyone struggling with dental problems. Everyone at Fusion has my heartfelt thanks.

Not a lover of dentists like most people but from the first contact with Katy I felt at ease. The first consultation with Mike Fuse was very informative, easy to understand and I put my full confidence in him. I did need surgery which Guy preformed and not once did I feel uncomfortable or panicky. They followed up with additional appointments to make sure I was healing properly. I felt at all steps that I was being looked after and having the best treatment. Katy is always on hand for any questions, always replied promptly.
I am so pleased and relieved that I found Fusion and can’t recommend them enough.

As someone who has long had a pathological fear of dentists I have to say I was made comfortable and very well looked after.

I always grew up with healthy, aesthetically pleasing teeth, but due to some silly decisions in my early 20's I had caused some significant damage to them. With my wedding looming I chose to seek help rectifying the cosmetic damage.

Reviews for Fusion looked promising so I booked in for an initial consultation. From the start they made me feel special and comfortable. I felt valued as a customer/patient.

I explained the time sensitive nature with regards to the wedding, and the team at Fusion immediately drew up a treatment plan that would see me happy with my teeth again, in time for my wedding day.

They always arranged appointments to suit my availability, communicated the next steps clearly at the conclusion of every appointment, and even went so far as to pull out all of the stops to ensure my teeth weren't just aesthetically pleasing for my wedding, but even for my stag do, one month prior to the big day.

I have subsequently recommended a close family friend to Fusion, who has also reported a fantastic experience.

To anyone who is unhappy with their smile, I couldn't recommend Fusion highly enough.

I was always such a sociable person but I found myself hiding my smile and I lost all my confidence due to my teeth. I had to think so much about not smiling and whenever someone took a photo I would stretch my lips over my teeth to hide them. I stopped going out with friends as I felt so self-conscious about my teeth. I have now completed my treatment and I am so happy with the result. All my confidence has come back and I smile without thinking about it. The treatment did cost a lot but it was totally worth it. I will be forever thankful to the wonderful team and specially to my first contact over the phone, Kate Hulse the treatment coordinator, who from day one, made me feel confident and clarified about what my journey was going to be with Fusion. Guy Mclellan my implant surgeon, he was brilliant and also funny. We did have a good laugh! Mike Fuse the Practise Principal whom I make responsible for my final smile 😁… even the lovely Marlene at the front of house.
I couldn’t ask for a better team, in fact, all so professional, compassionate and understanding throughout. The whole environment is so relaxed! They know what they’re doing and I definitely recommend them over and over.

It feels sad because I have come to the end of quite a long journey and I shall miss you all.
Now I am so proud of my beautiful teeth that I can't stop smiling.
From the start of my journey I felt safe and assured. Even though the process sounded daunting I was given the confidence by the incredible team to take the first step.
Would I do it again, the answer is a resounding YES in a heart beat.
Throughout the whole procedure I felt no pain or discomfort, the care was outstanding!
Now my journey has come to end I want to assure anyone needing teeth implants to go ahead, don't hesitate a moment you will be so happy you did.

Having tried another dentist first, I have to say Fusion were outstanding. As a very nervous patient, I was put at my ease and all the staff were lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t look after my own teeth better, but if like me, you haven’t, there isn’t a better place to go

Great ongoing care. A really good experience

Great service, I was afraid of the dentist, hadn’t been for many years. I was put immediately at ease, procedures explained clearly and told what to expect from the onset. I have my smile back…. And it’s a great smile.

Soon as I walked through the door. These guys can do what no other dentist can do. They are like magicians. From start to finish I was cared for, no judgement, and the fusion family are like friends not dentists.

For me , making the leap from thinking about dental implants and actually making that first phone call was daunting. I had so many concerns . Was I too old ? Is the process painful ? How long do they last ? And of course there was the cost . My initial point of contact was Katy . All of the above were dealt with at my initial appointment and by the end of our chat I knew I was going to go forward . The level of expertise and professionalism at Fusion cannot be over stated. Alongside this there’s a wonderful team . From the moment you walk through the front door you’re greeted with a smile , everyone seems to know your name and very quickly you feel like you’re meeting up with new friends . The end result was a wonderful boost in confidence . For me it was a life changing decision and my only regret was not having it done sooner

From the first phone call to walking out today with my fantastic smile and a lovely bouquet of flowers Mike and the whole Fusion team have been amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism are second to non. I would highly recommend Fusion Denistry to anyone thinking of any dental procedure before you look abroad.

Great experience from start to finish. Took around 10 months to complete but they were brilliant every step of the way. I had the all on 4 and am a very nervous patient, but everything went really smoothly. Staff are lovely and the consultants were amazing and and I can now smile without feeling embarrassed. Great job thank you fusion!
