Following a recommendation from my brother Simon, I contacted Fusion and made my initial appointment .
When I walked into Fusion in May23 following a 100 mile car journey, I was greeted and welcomed by Marlene who instantly made me feel special. I knew I was in the best place !
I was first seen by dentist Tim assisted by his dental nurses Coral and Claire. His attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was explained to me and I felt excited to start my All on Four journey.
I spoke to Katy and Mar , treatment coordinators who went through the costs involved and although the treatment was expensive, it was worth every penny.
The waiting rooms are beautiful , comfy and calming with drinks available.
In June 23, I had my surgery done by Dr Guy Mcllellen who was so professional and an expert. He was assisted by Veronika. They were lovely and so caring and reassuring that everything would be straightforward. I was sedated by Dr Craig Cook who explained everything and immediately put me at ease.
On the following appointments I saw Tim. His attention to detail is outstanding and made sure everything was Perfect .
I looked forward to my next dental appointments , something I had not done before.
I received my final bridge in Jan 24 which was totally amazing. I was blown away . I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate the end of my treatment , again this was a lovely gesture.
Working in a busy front facing role , I now feel more confident talking and smiling with customers and I am looking forward to my daughter’s wedding in May24.
I want to say a big Thankyou to you all at Fusion , you really have changed my Life ! Xx

From the first time of visiting Fusion the staff have been amazing. The surgeons, Guy and the others have been patient with me. I had Zygomatic implant that are screwed into the cheek bone. I then fell of the desk at work and broke my wrist on my left side. This caused post breaking on my implant. Everyone at Fusion have been amazing and did everything that they could to repair the damage. They are a fantastic ,jolly and beautiful team. Including the boys being gorgeous xx

From the my very first appointment I was made to feel welcome and the reception staff were amazing. Tim and the dental nurses are brilliant at what they do and I'm very happy with my bridge. Yes it is expensive but worth every penny knowing the job will be done right. 100% recommend, and the free gift they gave me after my treatment was amazing gesture and wasn't expecting that.

I was recommended to Fusion after a consultation with another dentist regarding implants. It has been a first class service from start to finish. My teeth were falling out due to gum disease. I had a plate with 3 teeth on it but could not eat with it in and felt sick within an hour or two of wearing them. My decision to get full top and bottom all on 4 implants followed! I had my remaining teeth removed on 9 June 2023, 4 upper and 4 lower dental implants including zygometric ones in the upper jaw, and left the facility with a mouth full of temporary teeth. I did not feel the procedure because I had been sedated. 6 follow up appointments later and I am overjoyed with my final implants. I have been complimented by all my friends and family on how natural they look and I am thrilled with the outcome. All the staff have been excellent from start to finish and the facility is stylish, calm and relaxing. If you need implants, I highly recommend the 5 star treatment that Fusion Dentists provide. Thank you all for allowing me to smile and socialise again.

I was very satisfied with the initial operation and subsequent fittings. 6 months later, I'm particularly pleased with the final results and family and friends comment on how good and natural my replacement bridge is. I have no regrets about making such a big decision to have the treatment done at Fusion.

Absolutely fantastic care and attention to detail. From the initial consultation where anything and everything was discussed for everything involved, to the preparation and pre-surgery, the main surgery day, and the aftercare. The initial bridge was amazing and the final set were breathtaking. The staff are all so very welcoming and honestly are never less than a joy to see and speak to. The final results are so amazing, it has given me completely new confidence in myself and my smile. Everyone helped to ease my nerves so amazingly. All checkups were a joy to attend, the staff are always so welcoming, and generally end up just chatting and laughing. I would highly recommend Fusion to anyone looking at dental surgery, the quality and care are second to none.

Researched dental implants and decided, after looking at numerous web sites, to give Fusion a try. BEST DECISION EVER. From the first assessment to my final fitting I was treated with the utmost care and attention. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in everyday language that I was able to comprehend and all questions answered fully. Everyone is customer focused, from the lovely Marlene on reception to the best dental team ever Tim and Coral.
This treatment has changed the way I live. I can now eat with out restriction and smile without having to cover my mouth. Thank you all at Fusion.

I have been with Fusion since February 2023 and I can honestly say that both the treatment and service I have received has been excellent. From my initial consultation where they listened, understood and supported me to find the best solution that was right for me, to the final fitting of my permanent upper and lower "All on 4 implants" This has been a life changing experience for me, I can now eat what I want pain free and smile with confidence. My new teeth are absolutely incredible and its all thanks to the Fusion Team. I would encourage anyone considering implants to visit Fusion and have an assessment, It is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the outstanding service & customer care that I have received from the whole team at Fusion dental care from the first initial meeting with Katy who guided myself step by step through the whole proses while also not forgetting Marlene.

the customer care is absolutely second to none the surgeons are of the highest degree as nothing is ever to much trouble.

I had carried out the research regarding implants which is in the UK plus abroad, if you don't at least pay Fusion a visit you are missing a big trick that is for sure! it is a 287 mile round trip but worth every penny! a fantastic team of Ladies & Gents.

The staff, without exemption, are always friendly and helpful.
Additionally I’ve never had to wait to be seen, which is a bonus if you’re a bit nervous about visiting the dentist.

Through out my upper jaw all on four implants I did not experience any pain what so ever !! Katy was a great help and a calming figure. All in all it has changed my smile and life. Well done Fusion. First class!!

I was recently recommended by my dentist for some implants with Fusion. Good communication throughout - from appointment reminders, the initial technician's assessment and x rays, to the surgery and aftercare. Right from the moment you walk into Fusion, you are made to feel welcome by the staff. Nice touches like a comfortable and cosy waiting room, staff popping over to say hello and detailed explanations about the procedure and follow up- it all makes a huge difference to your overall experience. From the very first consultation i felt so at ease the dentists and staff are very welcoming and puts you at ease .When i went in to have my implants i was a bit nervous but Gus and Tim and the anethesist and all the staff just puts you at ease .I woke up after the op the staff were brilliant .Ive been back and fore to them for over a year and had my final implants a couple of weeks ago to say i am happy with them is an understatement i am over the moon i absolutely love them .I would highly recommend Fusion dentistry to anyone who wants dental implants they are 100 % comitted to you .I just want to give a huge big Thank you to Mike ,Gus,Tim and all the staff for making me feel so at ease and for giving me a reason to smile all the time i just love my implants they make a massive difference to me so Thank you all xxx

The staff at Fusion have been absolutely terrific.
Staff friendly and make you feel comfortable, technicians really know what they’re doing and put your mind at rest from the start.
Operation day went well.
Follow/check up with great staff again. Always make you feel at ease.

A combination of things led to getting implants - in my case the "all-on-four" option. The initial scans, technology and expertise made it easy for me to decide, and all-told it's been relatively painless, and along the way they've always provided excellent support and had the patience to explain things as much as I needed.
What led me there was in childhood my front-tooth got chipped and I lost another and for various reasons the remaining teeth nearly all had fillings (needing maintenance) so, having already experienced dentures (and not got on with them) I found implants ideal.
Fusion's "all-on-four" has had wonderful results for me (and I can once again smile with confidence!)

Can’t recommended enough. I have a fear of dentists and didn’t think I would be able to go through the process of all on four even though I new it was either that or lose most of my teeth . From start to finish the staff were so understanding and patient. Tim and Corell were amazing with me and talked me through everything step by step and at a pace I was comfortable with .
Anyone who is nervous to have this done don’t be . Absolute first class service and nothing to fear
