Fuster and more specifically Egidius helped us with the sale of our appartment in Spain and all was perfectly executed and organised. We are really satisfied with the provided services and would highly recommend them.

I recently used this firm of solicitors to assist with the purchase of my property in Spain, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, the service I received from Tommi our lawyer and Lydia our legal assistant was first class.

They were extremely efficient throughout the entire process and always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel very straightforward and well managed. Whenever necessary, they also telephoned me to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated.

Their English was excellent, making communication very easy and ensuring I fully understood every step of the purchase. They were professional, attentive, and clearly very experienced in handling international property transactions.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism were outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone purchasing property in Spain.

Wij hebben via onze makelaar kennisgemaakt met Fuster & Associates tijdens de aankoop van ons onroerend goed in Spanje. Onze juriste, Judith, was van begin tot eind professioneel, deskundig en zeer behulpzaam. Ze begeleidde ons bij de notaris, adviseerde ons op elk vlak en denkt echt van A tot Z met je mee. Haar duidelijke communicatie, vriendelijkheid en uitstekende beheersing van het Spaans maakten het hele proces een stuk eenvoudiger.

We zijn vanaf het eerste moment zeer goed begeleid en bijgestaan. Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld. Ook een volmacht getekend waardoor de advocaat uit onze naam alles kon tekenen wat ook veel rust geeft. In Spanje loopt toch alles anders met andere regels. Fuster & Associates en dan in het bijzonder ‘Egidius Kersten’ ontzettend bedankt voor alles.

Onze ervaring met Fuster was over de gehele lijn positief. Het hele traject van begin tot uiteindelijke de afgifte van de akte van de aankoop was heel professioneel. Er waren natuurlijk vele mailkes , heen en terug , maar steeds was er een direct antwoord.
